The staff is very nice, and the rooms look about as advertised. However, it's pretty noisy, there was loud music until about midnight every night, and the AC takes 30 minutes to an hour to cool down the room. Great for the budget, but there are many better options for not much more cost.

A great place to stay for visiting Angkor Wat and the other Khmer ruins near Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly, and I would like to extend my thanks to Vanna especially for going the extra mile in arranging cycle hire!

The property off the street provides the quietness and peaceful stay. The quality and price are rightly valued.

Best accommodation, good service, staff are friendly and helpful, the price is affordable and what is the best is it is located close to pub street which I can just walk there.

Bed and pillow make our sleep more comfortable, we have free coffee and tea which is available in the room. Bathroom is hygiene

It’s a lovely little hotel full of south East Asian quirks and charm. It’s a little set back from the main areas and the nightlife and the streets around there aren’t great but it’s clean, friendly and good value.

A great place to stay. Close to the main attractions and markets of Siem Reap, but far enough so that you can relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Lovely large, clean rooms and bathrooms and an outdoor area with a pool. Would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the in house restaurant is closed, so no food available on the premises, but there are a lot of dining options nearby.

We coundn´t have ask for more. The staff very kind and helpful. The bedrooms were totally equipped, spacious and extremely clean.
They prepared our breakfast for the sunrise. They kept our luggage in our check out and they offered us to take a shower in one of the bedrooms to be confortable.
The breakfast was very complete.

The staffs, Mr. Bunroth and his team were super friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel was quite new and very clean. There’s also a nice pool if you want to swim after a long and tiring day visiting the temples. Strong wifi and solid breakfast as well. We got a free pickup from the airport which was a very nice move. They can also organize tours or transfers at the hotel. I definitely recommend this place if you’re searching for a nice spot to spend a couple of days in SP. Thanks for the excellent service guys!

The staff is very attentive and helpful. They offer tours to the temple area and other places with own tuk-tuk drivers to a good price. They also provide free pick up at the airport. My room was clean and nice and had everything I needed. The pool area is relaxing. The breakfast is good, there are options for both Asian as well as western people.

Good hotel for the price range. Pool great. Convenient to access everything. Quiet and safe. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was a winner - recommend the eggs Benedict and the waffles. Our son loved the fried rice

Very nice, clean and quiet place with friendly and cooperative staff. Good location, excellent value for money. Our room was clean, well maintained and had sufficient space to accomodate 3 adults. We enjoyed a wonderful stay, I recommend this hotel.

Team in Hotel and restaurant was really friendly, helpfull, heartily and facing.
Very quiet because of inner courtyard location full of plants. Nice, big rooms with private bathroom and own safe in the room.

Ausgesprochen freundlicher, hilfsbereiter, zugewandter und herzlicher Service im ganzen Haus. Durch die schön begrünte Innenhoflage sehr ruhig. Schöne große Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Safe im Zimmer.

We had such a wonderful stay at Chheng residence. It just doesn’t get any better. Bunroth and Keo and the entire staff were a first class act. Let us check in early and check out late. Provided airport transportation both to and from the airport. They made my birthday so special by making a cake, singing and giving us a bottle of wine. Thank you so very much for that. Breakfast was made to order. If we needed a tuk tuk, tickets etc... they were on top of it. I liked the restaurant and Joyce’s of food. They treated us like family and made us feel at home. Just can’t say enough. Love this place. Again, thanks for everything, you are all the best!!!! Mary Lynn and Quent Fanroy
