Simply the best hotel to break up the Sydney to Melbourne drive. What was most outstanding was the staff, and in particular, Sophie and Stephen for their outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with exceptional care and integrity. Their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine kindness were truly remarkable and left a lasting impression.
It is rare to encounter a team so attentive and trustworthy — they treated a situation that could have been stressful with such efficiency and discretion. That level of service speaks volumes about the standards of this hotel.
The rooms themselves were immaculate — beautifully clean, modern and thoughtfully appointed, with extremely comfortable beds that made it easy to fully relax after a long drive. Everything felt fresh, spacious and well considered.
Between the outstanding staff and the quality of the accommodation, this hotel is an easy five stars. We will absolutely stay again.
