Pros:

Hôtel de style, partie commune pas trop mal décoré. Personnel gentil, mais peu de services…

Cons:

Pas de frigo dans la chambre, petit déjeuner très médiocre, chambre très simple, et piscine minuscule. 3ème étage sans rien, ni même une aide pour monter 2 très grosse valises… assez cher pour le niveau de prestation au finale.

Well-located stay in Mérida
Pros:

Our stay was nice at this quiet and well-located hotel -easy to walk and explore Mérida. The staff was friendly, the property is decorated with charm, and the rooms were spacious. If you are renting a car, they offer parking for 150 pesos per day (cash only, not included in the booking) and a tasty breakfast for 150 pesos. I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a quiet stay within walking distance of many bars, plazas, and landmarks in the city.

Cons:

* We had internet in our room for only a few hours when we arrived. For the rest of the stay, we were promised the problem would be solved, but we checked out and still didn't have internet in our room.
* The sound in the hallways can be a lot if you are sensitive to noise; the doors closing cause a lot of sound. I hope they find an easy solution to this.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, fühlten uns wohl und wurden gut umsorgt in der Casona de las tres Marias
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe beim Zentrum, welches zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Eine Köchin bereitet ein leckeres Frühstück nach Wunsch und serviert es am Tisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein junger Mann, welcher unsere Zimmer bereitete, überraschte uns jeweils mit schönen Figuren auf dem Bett, welche er aus Tüchern des Bades formte. Die Zimmer sind funktional und großzügig.
Im Bereich der Rezeption gibt es eine Wand mit Damenmode guter Qualität und lokalem Design, welche man kaufen kann.

Cons:

Die Infrastruktur für die Restauration könnte grosszügiger sein. Die Köchin bereitet das Frühstück in einer Miniküche neben dem Essbereich. Es gibt nur wenige Esstische. Eine Bar, um während des Tages und am Abend noch etwas zu trinken, gibt es leider nicht.
Das Hotel hat ein Abkommen mit einem bewachten Parking in der Nähe, ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss. Allerdings schließlich dieser Parkplatz um 18 Uhr. Ab dann muss die Person der Rezeption den Autofahrer zum Parking begleiten und das Tor öffnen. Dies ist umständlich und könnte einfacher gelöst werden.
Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug.

Petit hôtel plein de charme très bien placé dans le centre historique de Merida. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : du vrai thé, du vrai café, plus de choix pour un petit déjeuner continental.

Heel mooie kamer en badkamer. Lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Locatie dicht bij centrum

Cons:

Geen waterkoker op kamer. Vrouw aan receptie heel onvriendelijk, haar mannelijke collega wel super vriendelijk. Hadden kamer met privé zwembad (eerder bubbelbad) maar moesten het zelf vullen met water wat we niet gedaan hebben voor 1 nacht. Begrijp hygiënische reden maar vonden het water verspilling. Hotel lag een beetje in armoedige buurt

A very welcoming hotel with a lovely room
Pros:

Well decorated hotel, had a charm to it. Friendly staff. Lovely room with small balcony. We were on the top floor where there was a lovely communal terrace to sit outside.

Extremely nice staff, very clean, water to disposal, very good wifi and air conditioner

Cons:

Hair dryer was to disposal only at the reception, safe was not functioning, but for us this was not an issue. No glasses in the room.
