El desayuno, es un hotel tranquilo, la alberca esta bien y puedes ir caminando a varios lugares. El personal es muy amable la recepción, cocina, etc. Y te apoyan en lo que necesites.
Me hubiera gustado estar en otra habitación me tocó la última.
Spacious room and lovely shady outdoor areas around pool. Easy parking in street opposite hotel. About 15 min walk to centre. Tea/ coffee, water and ice available 24/7. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

They should call this place The Hotel With Thoughtful Touches. I understand why it has such a high rating, they put a lot of effort in proving guests with a stellar and efficient experience. First off, the location is ideal for those who want to be close to Centro but away from all the noise. The hotel is clean cozy and welcoming. Great value and the breakfast absolutely delicious, with several types of coffee available. Would return in a heartbeat.

Les lits extrêmement durs la chaleur de merida heureusement il y a la Clim et la piscine la laverie conseillée par l hôtel qui ouvre avec 3 heures de retard on a failli rater notre bus le restaurant conseillé maya chaya notre pire expérience au Mexique
Lovely pool that was a perfect temperature. Nice & quiet. Large comfy bed and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok & they made an effort to make me something vegan each day
It was quite far from the centre with not much nearby, but good if you want a quiet place that has a good pool and parking
