Pros:

Pool was great, the atmosphere was intimate and very friendly, breakfast superb. I especially liked the interior of the rooms and bathrooms. Service is great, and we could refill our water bottles and rent hats.

Cons:

Pool is open only after 9am

Beautiful interior and pleasant atmosphere.
Pros:

A really nice small hotel with an amazing breakfast - beautifully presented and very tasty. The only issue was that we initially didn’t have hot water, but it was fixed quickly. Safe pariking in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The only small improvement would be to provide slippers in the room — even simple reusable or disposable ones would be perfectly fine.

Perfekt zum entspannen und um Mérida zu erkunden
Pros:

Einer der besten Unterkünfte, die wir in unsere dreiwöchigen Trip durch Mexiko hatten. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gepflegter und schön angelegter Poolbereich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit täglich wechselnden Speisen.

Das historische Zentrum von Mérida ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt

All the were extremely helpful and friendly and very accomodating.. Always greeted you with a smile. Very clean and good variation in breakfasts. Had acceas to make tea/ coffee throughout day. Honor system to access beerwine snacks at the pool at reasonable prices.
Felt like an oasis

Cons:

One of our group did not have drawers or wardrobe area to hang / store clothes.

La piscine, le personnel super sympa et très efficace (commande taxi..). Emplacement proche du centre à pied. Le lieu très agréable.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de rangement pour les valises, les affaires.. La chambre pour 4 est un peu petite.

An extremely pleasurable experience.
Pros:

This hotel is a dream. The minute you enter the lobby you know it will be an exceptional stay. The staff is superb from the owner to housekeeping (we loved Deanna and Maria at the front desk and Jesus in the kitchen during breakfast). The entire place is beautifully kept including the grounds and sparkling (and refreshing) pool and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we loved having the 24 hour coffee bar. We started our stay here and decided to return after a few days in Progreso before flying home. It's been a very memorable part of our trip.

Würden wieder dorthin gehen.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Garten und kleinem Pool. Ideale Lage, alles in Gehdistanz zu machen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sogar nach Allergien gefragt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine tolle Bar.

Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll im Detail. Viele schöne Ecken, wo man sich setzen kann. Die Betten sind gut, es ist sehr ruhig.Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und äußerst variationsreich. Man spürt in allem den guten Geist der überaus freundlichen Inhaberin des Hotels. Auch das Personal ist super. Insgesamt: ein Boutiquehotel mit Seele.

Un véritable oasis au cœur de la ville. Je recommande !
Pros:

- les chambres agréables et spacieuses
- le petit déjeuner fait maison délicieux !
- le personnel disponible et souriant
- la cour de l’hôtel : magnifique, avec une très jolie piscine, très apaisante après une longue journée de visite.
