Chio Hotel and Apartment

Excellent service during check-in and checkout. The property manager went out of the way to arrange taxis for us when we were finding it difficult to get app rides.
Not only that, he even volunteered to drive us to the airport, which was five minutes away when our app ride canceled at the last moment and we were getting late for the flight.
He insured a delightful stay for us in every possible way.

Property manager provided excellent help during check in and check out.

Five minutes from the airport and the concierge provides on site transport around the area. I loved this hotel and my room. It was immaculate. The most comfortable bed, very clean and spacious bathroom, with a street side view. Ask for Quan if you need anything! His English is perfect.

Very comfortable and close to the airport. Was upgraded to a larger room for free, was very comfortable at night with the air conditioning and fan. Organized a ride to the airport for myself and my partner.

Very good service. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We even Got a free upgrade to a larger room. The rooms are clean hygienic. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend when you go to Hanoi ;))

Expensive for what it was. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The shower fitting was not attached to the wall and the shower attachment wasn’t attached to anything. It had string tied to it but nothing to attach the string to, so we had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering.

The beds were so uncomfortable, a bit like sleeping in a ploughed field, I think the springs were coming through, it was so lumpy. We all had back ache for the next 2 days.

We were told we could only leave the hotel from the second floor for some reason though we entered at ground floor level.

The accommodation in all of our chosen hotels until this point has been excellent.

It was our last day in Vietnam, a lovely country with lovely people but sadly this could be our lasting memory of Vietnam. I hope not.

I chose this hotel as we had an early morning flight and didn’t want to risk traffic jams.

My partner and I had a one night stay at Chio, as we needed to be close to the airport. The manager there was incredible, he sorted a much cheaper bus option and he even drove us to the bus for very small cost.

宿の周りはローカルなエリアで朝散歩したのですが、通り沿いは車の通りが多かったり、裏道に入ったら野犬がいたりちょっと危ないかもしれませんが、泊まって翌日のフライトのためというのであれば良いのではと思います

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick fordable stay close to the airport. We called them when we arrived and they were kind enough to send out a shuttle because all the taxi drivers wanted $20 to go 1 mile to the hotel! The next morning they even cooked us a home cooked meal which was extra special and unexpected. Highly recommended!

Clean, big rooms with good air con and views! Staff were very friendly and helpful and came and picked me up from the airport. Fantastic stay!

I stayed here Just for one night before my flight back to the Canada. Got a good night of sleep. Room was spacious, clean, good airport view window, ...Quan was so warm and friendly the next morning and the breakfast was excellent. Hotel own cab taking us to airport with 5 USD

I booked this small hotel for us to stay in daytime before a 1:00 AM flight home. It was so relaxing for us. We arrived just after lunch and went to room for a sleep. In the evening we went down the road and had a beer with the locals then a meal in family restaurant. Then back to hotel for a further relax and shower before our ling flight back to UK. Hotel is so relaxing and quiet with a warn welcome.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean room and really big. Breakfeast simple and good. Close to airport charge 5 dollars for a ride, ok, but we walked took 20minutes which was ok. Would stay there again if needed

Nicht gefallen hat die defekte Dusche. Nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser. Alles andere war o.k.

Toilet leaked. Staff friendly. Spartan but adequate for overnight airport stay
