Pros:

Visually the hotel looks lovely on the outside and inside. Each and every member of staff welcome you with a smile and make you feel like royalty. Even at dinner they will adapt the menu for you if you do not like something particular and give them prior notice.

Magnifique localisation & staff aux petits soins
Pros:

La localisation est très centrale, juste 2 minutes à pieds des télécabines du Pléney. Les chambres confortables, une terrasse avec vue sur les pistes. Le staff était aux petits soins, en particulier au restaurant avons pris nos petits-déjeuners & dîners, deux des serveurs en particulier ont été extrêmement gentils et prévenants avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans, tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Pros:

A very comfortable hotel in an ideal location. A delicious selection at breakfast and very helpful staff. The addition of a room to store a bike was also very useful.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved was if the cleaners could lock the door after cleaning my room. Everyday I would lock the door before leaving and return to find it unlocked. This is the only thing I would improve!
