Pros:

Localização excelente, a pé da cerca de 20 minutos das principais estações.
Local tranquilo, bem limpo, com bastante produtinhos para ajudar na estadia e o staff muito gentil

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Perfect location in the middle of shinjuku but still there was a peace. I loved that I could smoke in the room. Beautiful old school atmosphere.

Very sweet and charming. Safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was perfect for me and what I wanted to experience. I was never to far from food, supplies, subways.

Cons:

It was close to busy night life.. so on the odd occasion I wasn’t out in it, you could hear it. But also expected when in such a busy city such as Tokyo

立地が良い。丁寧なスタッフ。十分に快適な部屋

Cons:

シャワーの温度設定が難しい。多分、同時に使う人がいると急に冷たくなったり熱くなったりする。

Very good location, nice yellow duck as a gift:)

Location is amazing!!

Cons:

Only one person in reception spoke English and I experienced some difficulties to communicate with the rest of the team. They also provided unclear direction regarding how to ship your luggage, which created confusion and extra-stress. The person who spoke English was very helpful tho., I am very grateful for their help.
