my biggest like was the breakfast.
深夜について早朝出発なので多くは望まないが、2階のフロントまでエレベーターもエスカレーターもなくスーツケースを運ぶのは大変だった。朝はフロントの方が運んでくれた。朝食の施設、冷蔵庫はなかった。
It was overall a good place to stay but there is no elevator in this hotel, it’s hard to carry heavy luggages
Very friendly staff and there was even a personalized, handwritten welcome card in the room from the staff. No elevator. Room was clean with some complementary water which was nice. The bathroom needs some touch ups and a shower curtain might not be a bad idea either. Otherwise, good hotel, if one night needs to be spent at the airport. The skytrain is in walking distance.
Niet goed geholpen met inchecken
Expensive comparing what you receive. Bed uncomfortable and tiny room, it is fine to stay one night if you have a morning flight. It has a good location, but there are other options which could be better.
Ok this hotel it is hole in the ground no windows not light very very small and so hard to find if you arrives in terminal 3 you have move to terminal 1 is so hard to find trasportacion to 1.30 hours to get yo terminal 1 to 3 at 3 am
Clean and cozy
No lift to reception . Only many stairs. Room tiny . Dreadful over sized pillows. Crazy hot thick bedding. Shower drain totally blocked flooded bathroom. Nothing was done except 1 extra towel provided. Never stay there again.

Repair starts to take air cond apart to try and fix and all i wanted was to sleep. Checked in after midnight.
This was after being svammed at yhe airport .being chsrged $55 au for visa i did not need as an Australuan passport holder. And no card payments available.
It's a layover hotel, it's as expected
The room was so hot and AC doesn't work.

直前に予約したのと、寝るだけだったのでヨシとしますが、色々考えて予約したのだったらちょっとガッカリかもしれません。
良い点
・場所は最高。T1から徒歩3分くらい。
よって、飲食店なども近い。
・フロントなどのスタッフは親切。
良くない点
・フロントが2階なのに階段しかない
・シャワールームとトイレの境に壁はあるがドアがなく、トイレエリアも濡れる
・洗面所のドアノブが取れた。別の部屋も取れそうだった。
・鍵がおかしい部屋がある。一度外に出てから再度入ろうとすると鍵が開かなくて、いちいちフロントスタッフを呼ばなくてはいけない。
他の部屋でも同じ現象が起きていたので、よくあることのよう。
Great staff!
The room in the photo is deceiving. Our room HS a 1 foot perimeter around the bed to tightly squeeze and walk around. The staff was nice the the room was quiet.
ターミナル1利用者には便利です。ほぼ空港内なので店舗も多いので飲食等困りません。店舗が並ぶ中にホテルの入口があるので見逃さないようにした方がいいです。室内は、まあこんなものかなという感じ、清掃は行き届いていました。ホテルスタッフは親切で、ターミナル3から早朝出発便に乗るための移動手段の相談にも親身に対応してくれました。スカイトレインの始発だと間に合わない(コロナ以降列車の始発時刻が遅くなっていて私の行った時点では無理でした)シャトルバスは辞めた方がいい、タクシー高いけどタクシーをすすめると値段も含めアドバイス貰い無事飛行機搭乗出来ました。スカイトレインの時刻も定常になれば、タミーナル2や3の利用者にも便利になると思います。
i booked for a room thru agoda, once i got there i was given a freaking arm chair, that doesnt even recline, and a nightstand they called it a "table" with one power point that is too high up on the wall to be useable. wifi was really snailish and slow. no shower facilities either.
the front desk accused me to edit the booking confirmation, while i was there standing in front of her, showing her the said booking confirmation that clearly showed photo of a room, instead of a freaking arm chair.
very freaking disgusting business practice, playing loophole bordering to fraudulent scam.
Don’t count on getting any sleep unless you’re one of those lucky people who can sleep in a railway station. Paper thin walls. It just takes one inconsiderate guest, as I had, TV on too loud right through the early hours.
The polite, kind and helpful staff are of course unable to enforce what I’d think should be basic house rules for a place where the primary purpose is for travelers with long haul flights, awkward transits and awful flight times to catch some sleep.
How about some signs up? Shhhh, Quiet please - tired travelers sleeping here, thank you ?
