Terrible room and terrible service during stay.
Pros:

2nd Fl. Heard walking above every night. Terrible for sleeping; room never cleaned entire 4 day stay even after requested; In general room not very clean. Breakfast okay for hotel food. Had to request towels etc. Tub / shower very slippery. Evident someone fell as tile on wall was cracked and somewhat fixed. First time I’ve had a bad experience in a Hilton property.

Pros:

The room was very spacious. Great breakfast. Pool is clean and had plenty of towels. We liked everything about our stay.

Cons:

The pool is useless in this weather, the water is COLD and not usable. Coffee maker was broken. Tv quite useless also. I feel we deserve some money back for these inconveniences. Staff did bring a new coffee maker yesterday.

It was okay, but wouldn’t stay there again.

It was close to where I needed to go the next day.

Love this hotel! It’s older but it’s well maintained and the staff is so friendly. I love their breakfast

Pros:

Good location, comfortable & spacious room, satisfactory breakfast

Cons:

We actually stayed at this Hampton Inn 3 nights over the span of a week. The 2nd & 3rd nights we were in a room with a dirty tub.
