Pros:

Really enjoyed the pool and bar area.
Breakfast was very good but on the expensive side.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the printer was not available. The manager was able to print what I sent via email, but it was black and white only.

Would consider staying again multiple times but will be checking room condition before hand, also hoping they get friend
Pros:

Location, the company of the other quest, pool was decent but also not clean. Loved the bar next door. Excellent area! Also the balcony was an added bonus for us.

Cons:

Not clean, cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to details. Daniela at the front desk was smug, rude, cut my husband off from speaking. Extremely poor customer service. At check in room still wasn’t ready until 430.
