Un buen hotel con mala experiencia

Era limpio y comodo, he puesto esta puntuación por la mala experiencia que tuve en un incidente, me dejé olvidado el bolso en el comedor del desayuno y al rato cuando me di cuenta y baje a buscarlo lo tenían en recepción, todo fuera y lo más curioso fue que en lugar de tener la documentación en la mano para saber de qué cliente era, tenían todo el dinero, me pusieron mil y una excusa, pero no le vi el sentido a ninguna, una experiencia muy desagradable e incómoda.

Pros:

The staff at the kitchen was perfect. They did their best to provide best service. The guy at the reception changed my room due to my compliant and it is a good thing.

Cons:

the rooms are not soundproof. You can tell what the next room couple is doing.. I am glad they allowed me to change the room. But they should give rooms in different locations by the aim of renting rooms since they are aware of the fact that their sound isolation is very poor in the first place.. I would expect that from/by "Hilton" experience..
