Pros:

The staff at the kitchen was perfect. They did their best to provide best service. The guy at the reception changed my room due to my compliant and it is a good thing.

Cons:

the rooms are not soundproof. You can tell what the next room couple is doing.. I am glad they allowed me to change the room. But they should give rooms in different locations by the aim of renting rooms since they are aware of the fact that their sound isolation is very poor in the first place.. I would expect that from/by "Hilton" experience..

الموظفين رائعين وتعاملهم جدآ رائع والفندق نظيف ومريح جدآ
سرعة الدخول والخروج أخذنا جناح في الدور الأول كانت الإطلالة جميلة وصلنا في وقت متأخر وكانت أريكة الصالة مجهزة لنا كسرير وتمت إضافة سرير من عندهم وكان كل شيء جاهز ومرتب عجبني جدآ تصرفهم وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء
