Very bad maintenance,our room was terrible,the AC did so much noice we couldn’t sleep , the beds are so soft we would sink inside it ! The carpet looks old and dirty.
The guy at the front desk of the café
The front desk staff are rude. They are busy with their own things and provide no service whatsoever. When I ask for something, they say 'wait' and then continue playing on their phones and joking around with each other. I would fire people like that
Terrible service. I was placed on the 3rd floor, despite booking a standard king-size room. When I asked to be moved to a room matching the photos on Booking.com, I was dismissed. The Wi-Fi was awful and I was unable to work properly.
I will never recommend your hotel chain to anyone. I will tell my friends about the incompetence of the staff and will use every possible means on all platforms to lower your rating
I will say that while our stay was not a good experience, Akil at the front desk was most friendly and helpful. I would have given him 5 stars if that was possible.
But our hotel hallways were tiny (we could hardly get our luggage around the corners) and our room was extremely small, restroom was not clean (looked like someone was in our room, used it and then the front desk assigned us that room) and there was insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Unable to do hair and make-up in that room and had to move to the main room in order to see well. No drawer space, no refrigerator or microwave in room (we had to request it and when we did, the first refrigerator was broken so we needed another) and no place to put shoes or luggage. I would not stay here again due to the room experience. But again, staff (especially Akil) was very helpful and friendly.

Loved the location! Had a good spot for exactly what we were looking for as tourists. We saw everything we wanted in the 4 days we were there.
The elevators sucked! They need to figure out a better way to speed up that process.
The location was excellent! Not far from Times Square, the Theater District, and Penn Station.
The room was very small. Sometimes it took too long to get an elevator.
Quick walk to Times Square
Stayed on 36th floor and was not made aware that rooftop bar (floor above) turns into a nightclub did not get to sleep until 4am. Staff should definitely disclose this at check in. They apologized at checkout and offered a percentage off my room.
Decent enough views of the city from our bedroom.
Staff were pretty grim. Little rude & aggressive, not helpful. They looked overworked.
