Todo un sitio espectacular
La ubicacion y la limpieza. El tamaño de las camas perfectas, viaje con mi hija y pedi las dobles, la verdad muy pero muy comodas!!!!! hasta las almohadas estaban perfectas.
No funcionaba la caja de seguridad con lo cual tuve el riesgo de llevar mi documentacion personal siempre encima, me refiero a los pasaportes. Otro tema que no me gusto, que tipo a las 18 llega la entrega del recambio de sabanas y toallas desde el lavadero y al no tener elevador de servicio, anulan uno, con lo que con lleva a la agrupacion de mucha gente y tiempo. Recomendable llegar al hotel despues de las 21.

No había organización, muchas cajas en el medio, muebles roto.

Highest floor was lovely, but if you’re staying during the weekend - rooftop bar above is quite noisy and you can hear it, but not a big deal.
We found out that our reservation was cancelled only as we landed after a 7hour flight at 1AM - they’ve tried to charge us for the first night stay and cancelled when it didn’t go through.
(The full payment was meant to be taken ONLY upon the arrival at the Front Desk as per booking agreement. We even informed them of our very late (am) arrival - and it was confirmed on their end, yet it was still cancelled)
Front Desk Staff didn’t explain why it happened and didn’t even know of any messaged about our late arrival…
At the end we got a room for cash in hand, but a different type, as ours was apparently sold out earlier that day.
