Do staff, sempre prestáveis.

Cons:

Piso 36, mesmo abaixo do rooftop. Muito clientes que iam para o rooftop subiam pelas escadas e faziam disparar o alarme da porta de acesso ao rooftop. Demorava horas até desligarem o alarme. Conselho importante: nunca fiquem no piso 36.

Comfortable stay, great staff, great location and clean!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 10 minute walk away from times square.

Cons:

The room was quite small (to be expected in NYC), there was no space to fully lay out a suitcase.

La vista. A pagamento of course

Cons:

La reception è veramente pessima. Personale arrogante e supponente. Neanche fossimo alle Poste. Non sono neanche coordinati tra loro. 15 minuti per un check in se va bene. Hanno gruppi di 100 persone a botta che non sanno gestire. Aria condizionata non funzionante ad agosto a 30 gradi e neanche un ventilatore in camera. E lo chiamano Hilton. Grazie a qualcuno di buona volontà abbiamo cambiato camera con AC funzionante dopo 2 giorni. A questo prezzo a New York ci sono hotel molto più buoni.

- Wait time to check in is half an hour, given our flight arrived late and we arrived at the hotel past 10pm.
- No warm cookies and bottled provided at check-in unless asked.
- Queue to the 2 lifts are always long, minimum 10 minutes wait.
- Not very clean facade and chaotic lobby.
- The AC in our room (5th floor) is not working.

Not good at all. Will not even thinknof coming to this hotel when i ho to New York again.
Pros:

I need my money back. There was no AC for the whole building. The fact that we were in line for more than 1 hour and was told that there were no AC in every unit. I was told it was very hot and ni fan available, so they made me cancel my booked room. But up to now, i have not gotten mg money refunded.

Incredibly terrible experience.
Pros:

No breakfast. Just the cookie!

Cons:

Room without a/c though offered first day 50% discount. No refrigerator or space for it when requested for. Dirty carpet. Hardly any space for a couple. No room service when requested for water unkess paid for. Wow!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, schiefe Wände und Böden, teilweise dreckige Wände, die Einrichtung könnte erneuert werden und die Bettbezüge mit Löchern und Flecken wurden nicht einmal gewechselt.
