Credit card is swiped as deposit . But refund is still not given .

Pros:

the location is amazing, 10 mins away from times square and just in front of the bus station. Restaurants and mini markets just around the corner

Cons:

NO MINI BAR IN THE ROO.!!! which is the strangest thing ever. the closet is very small, even smaller than tbe ones you will find in Ibis hotels. not all the staff are friendly, but most of them specially "Stanely" who was super helpful. Always there is a huge queue at the reception, not enough staff and also they couldn't do a Business invoice, although we asked for it wheb we made the booking

We would stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Staff at check in was exceptional. Kevin went above and beyond to give us restaurants in the area.

Cons:

The Rooftop was not as nice as we thought it could be.

Cons:

There was no parking the AC felt like it was 80° an I had it in 60 degrees in there my shower was stop up less than 10 minutes of me turning the water on

La gente de la recepción amable, camas comodas

Cons:

La entrada al hotel está sucia y sus alrededores no son nada agradables.
Las habitaciones son super pequeñas, y justo nos asignaron la habitación cerca del dispensador de hielo, toda la noche sonaba el motor, terrible, no pudimos dormir.
Aparte hay un bar en la parte alta del hotel y llega gente que no está hospedada y se colapsa el ascensor todo el tiempo

Great Hotel close to Times Square
Pros:

Great location, I got a great room with a nice view on the 28th floor, even though I just booked the cheapest room category, you get complimentary water and cookies at the check in

Cons:

Not big issues really but some parts could use renovation, at peak times it took quite long to check in or get assistance from a front desk employee, it’s a bit pricey for what you get but I also came in high season
