It was well located

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work. We asked several times for it to be fixed and it immediately broke again. We were then offered fans which didn’t come, a room change that didn’t happen and finally compensation which they then didn’t pay. The compensation was offered and then confirmed by front desk staff but when we tried to access this the hotel refused to honour it.

The hotel experience was sub par.

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Our AC didn’t work the second night - “please contact front desk” @4am.

There was a protest out front of our window 24/7, no joke. They were banging and playing loud noises around the clock outside our window.

No breakfast, cell service, WiFi or parking.

Great Location and Room
Pros:

Great location, Room was nice and the price (3 nights $606). Also has an ice machine definitely a plus.

Cons:

No mini fridge. Need more lighting

Comfy stay with exceptional customer service but make sure you make extra time to deal with the elevators!
Pros:

Staff was extremely nice and property was clean! We even got an fridge and microwave this trip! That was awesome

The ELEVATORS are HORRIBLE
