Cons:

My experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was disappointing. The front desk staff were not friendly, and the lobby was extremely overcrowded. Although the hotel has two elevators, the waiting time was very long, and the elevators themselves felt hot and uncomfortable.

Additionally, the room service was below expectations, and overall service in the room was not satisfactory.

Overall, my stay was not a good experience.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Location was okay

Cons:

Heating didn’t work, got a room change after the 1st night. Staff were just saying random things to calm things down in the moment then the next day they were acting as if nothing happened or nothing was promissed.
