Limpieza del dormitorio, excelente

Cons:

La piscina para ser día sábado no estaba muy limpia y no se pudo utilizar el día domingo en la mañana, era importante para nosotros como familia ya que la piscina estaba dentro de la elección del hotel.

Staff was superb especially Gregory at the front desk; location, location, location! Park right next-door for those of us who travel with dogs

Cons:

Noise.
Stayed for four nights basically only slept good for two; sounded like people walking around in my attic at home; unsupervised kids running around through the hallway and in room above me;most of it I believe is hotel construction; way too noisy for me

Not worth the money, more like a 1 star motel.
Pros:

Convenient to all stores and restaurants

Cons:

Disgusting. So dirty, not at all worth the $180.00. Pool was so filthy it was unusable, multiple floating bandaids, clumps of hair and dirt swirling in the water, absolutely unacceptable. Towels and showers were also dirty, bathroom covered in mildew and mold.

Housekeeping needs to be held responsible for not cleaning correctly and night staff needs more hospitality. Workers rolling their eyes at other co workers in front of customers for a mistake they made themselves is crazy.

Pros:

The rooms are always spacious and clean. The breakfast wasn't as good as in the past.

Cons:

Well...the hotel was going through some renovations so the breakfast wasn't as good as in the past. Also a huge disappointment was that the pool was out of order the whole time we stayed there. That was one of the reasons we stayed there since our grandchildren were coming to visit and they love the pool.

The refrigerator didn’t work, the manager called once about it and when I called back, nothing. The whole reason I got the room was to keep our food cold overnight on our ride to Myrtle beach.
