Charged for parking in their own parking lot. Breakfast cold and juice dispenser out. Very noisy.. We were there for a big volleyball tournament and the hotel couldn't have common courtesy to open the breakfast up earlier on Saturday and Sunday so the teams and family could get breakfast before games.. they already had the food set up before 7:00 a.m. both days but wouldn't open the curtain sooner to access breakfast .. The toilet didn't flush and I had to get them to fix it.. which meant someone was going in my room without me there. No supervision of the swimming pool and hot tub area by staff to make sure rules are being followed. There was a situation in the pool area I went to the desk and the front desk worker said I don't have access to cameras.

The visit to Roanoke was not great, with an antiquated check-in/ out system, I was charged $10 for ancillaries on a

The lobby area is nice, and the rooms were better than most hotels with the extra amenities.

Cons:

The response for contactless check in was very late and useless - no links provided ( no one calls for information anymore )… the front desk woman lacked any personality, and the room was hurriedly cleaned. Sink was cracked in bathroom and door barely closed!

Remote was missing from fitness center and none of the machines were connected to network (ie Peloton).
