Nice hotel in holy place

The hotel has verity in rooms type and the staff so friendly , also the buffet was good with nice verity.

Amazing trip and best service !
Pros:

I just returned from a trip to Saudi Arabia and I booked Afraa hotel. It was the best decision, it's clean, spacious, the staff is super friendly, the food is excelent, the inside rooms are modern.
They have a bus doing back and fourth to el Haram.
I highly recommend you to follow the standards, if you need the room to be serviced, please call the department, don't just tell the housekeeper if you see him doing the next door one. ...etc.....

They have a nice cafeteria where you can enjoy a nice capuchino, tea...

Mr. Díaa from the front desk and his team are simply spectacular......Jameel from the front desk was excelent,

I can't wait to go back and see the Afraa family again.

الفندق لم يتوفر به خدمة حمل الحقائب بالإضافة الى ان مواقف السيارة لا تمكن جميع السيارات الدخول بها بسبب المدخل الضيق ، الإفطار لم يكن بذاك المستوى والخيارات محدودة

The overbooked the hotel, the security guard and cleaning guys were stopping me from entering the hotel. Finally another guy who spoke a little English came and allowed to enter the hotel.

Pros:

Very good stay. only the bus to HARAM is not coming on time all the time. In RAMADAN you need to take the hotel bus to a place where you then have to take public bus to go to Haram and vise versa. Not sure if this is the same in other days

اسواء فندق سكنتة في حياتي وقت التنظيف يقهرك ازعاج

سيئ الى ابعد الحدود من بعد صلاه الفجر في رمضان يبداء تنظيف الغرف معقوله الناس توها نايمة وانت تنظف وازعاج عمال التنضيف عند تحريك الكراسي وفتح الابواب والاسرة وخاصة ان الفندق لايوجد فية اي عوازل
