Il personale è sempre cortese gentile e disponibile

Sono un cliente affezionato dell'hotel, e mentre le altre volte mi sono sempre trovato bene, purtroppo questa volta mi è stata data una camera non completamente idonea e funzionante.
E mi dispiace molto di questo.
Nella stanza 202 che ci è stata assegnata, Il phone in bagno era rotto, la doccia non aveva il soffione mobile ma solo quello fisso e con l'acqua che fuoriusciva ovunque, non permettendoti di lavare.
Il telecomando della TV non funzionava, e una delle luci più piccole in camera non era funzionante, mancava il telefono per poter comunicare con la reception e il frigo era rotto e non funzionante.
Penso che ci sia stata data una camera non proprio ottimale perché l'albergo era pieno per una cerimonia, ma data la situazione avrei gradito che questo sia stato detto in fase di pagamento, o che almeno data la situazione, ci sia stata possibilità di sconto.
Fortunatamente ho fatto presente la situazione al personale presente, segnalando la cosa in maniera che chi possa passare dopo di noi, nel stanza 202, non abbia i nostri stessi disagi.

Non è in centro, ma ti conquista!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che la gentilezza dello staff ha fatto davvero la differenza. In particolare, il sig. Stefano si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, pronto ad aiutare e a risolvere qualsiasi necessità.

Cons:

L'unica nota meno positiva riguarda la posizione, non proprio centralissima, ma i servizi offerti dalla struttura compensano ampiamente questo aspetto. Consigliato!

La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stata la cortesia del personale, che ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti. Posizione ottima, ben collegato, e parcheggio comodissimo. Stanza pulita, confortevole, e accogliente. Colazione oltre le aspettative!

Bel hotel familial proche de l'aéroport très pratique lorsque l'on voyage. Grand parking . Accueil familiale chaleureux. Bel salle de restaurant , cuisine soignée et variée .
