超級舊! 像幾十年前以經荒廢一樣!
交通不便! 出外買東西步行10分鐘也不見有店鋪!

居住性は良い
Pros:

ここ６年くらい、年に２回ほど利用しています。建って１０年くらい経つようで、段々室内の老朽化が見られるようになってきました。そろそろ改修時かとも思いますが、部屋や共有の場所のスペースは十分あり居住性は抜群です。ハウスキーピングのお母さんたちはとても良い人たちですが、レストランの若いウェイトレスはホテルのレベルとは釣り合いません。ただ、ヤンジャンなので、このレベルでもよしと考えるしかありません。
