Size of the room and the location, not walk in distance ro activities, but if you drive and know where you want to go, it works even better
1) the hard bed, very hard
2) many mosquitoes by the shower area
3) good TV but none HD channel, take the memory back to 90's
Bad service with staff a lot of miscommunication.
If I could give zero i would!!!
Nothing!! As soon as arrive, someone came to tell us " its 540 pesos for 5hrs "! It was wired and the manager called the room to say there was too many ppl in the room , when I had told the girl in the front. That I would have my parents till time to go to the airport.
I do not recommend, I paid for nothing. We did not stay the night, it was too creepy.

Shower was beautiful. Comfortable pillows. Staff very friendly.
Bed was a little hard. AC wasn't cool enough. Didn't have the correct remote for TV to turn the audio to English.
The staff was amazing. When I asked for a bottle of wine, they delivered the bottle with two glasses and a cork screw. When the chef was not available and I got hungry in the middle of the night the manager went out of his way and ordered me a pizza. There are also staff there throughout the day that have very good English comprehension so I didn't have to completely speak Spanish in order to communicate - though it is a godsend to have Google Translate on your phone with the offline translation downloaded in case someone who speaks English isn't there.
The first room that I stayed in when I first visited the property had a functioning heater. The next room that I stayed in did not, and it got a little cold at night. I did however bring my own blanket and it was able to keep me warm throughout my visit. Next the wifi leaves a little to be desired - in that its not always up when you need it to be. the signal strength also isn't that great. The pillows (even though they are very clean) are very stiff. I recommend bringing one from home or buying a new cheap one before checking in just in case.
The BEST 👌 accommodation for the money! Hands down
We stay here because it is one of the closest hotels to the airport. But it is also an hourly motel - so be aware of that. It is super secure - has a private garage and security gate. But this time, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room for a week right before we checked in.

Very nice hotel to stay in while in mexicial Mexico don’t need the expenses hotel to stay in I all ways there when I go there it’s not for kids only adults

Just one observation, I didn't like the in and out system, we had to leave an ID. every time we go out in order to come back, they should adopt a different way to handle that.
