A fair experience
Pros:

The staff were super friendly. The services were fine. Location was close to our needs (Business trip)

Cons:

The cleanliness. We had to request to change our room because there were used cups, half filled mugs, dirty towels, Dirty toilet and spiders.
The staff were friendly and they apologized and offered us free breakfast throughout our stay

Amazing stay. Clean rooms, excellent facilities and most importantly, helpful staff!
Pros:

The service was top-notch, really appreciated the entire staff's responsiveness and willingness to help. A special shoutout to Rajesh at breakfast, he was always so accommodating for our whole family!

Comfortable stay at the Sheraton Hotel
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, clean, comfortable rooms, a wonderful large pool and beautiful surrounding area, a delicious and varied breakfast, and I especially liked the fitness bars.

Most amazing stay in my life
Pros:

The staff was amazing I wish I could take them home with me and keep them as friends forever. Amazing amazing amazing service from Amnah, brahim, rajish, aadihl, zahida Abdullah and one other man I forgot his name. I had a massage with a Thai lady I also forgot her name, she completely fixed my back problem that I have had for years. I can not express how amazing my stay was in words. If I needed something I had it at my door within one minute. Extra thank you to amnah with an amazing smile and personality ❤️
