Pros:

La atención del personal siempre muy amable y atentos. Nos recibió Tam y siempre con una sonrisa y brindándonos información del lugar y asistencia de traslado.

La ubicación es muy buena, en una calle tranquila porque de día lavan autos, pero a media cuadra de pleno centro y movimiento.

Cons:

La primera imagen, que es un lavadero y el hotel está atrás, pero una vez que entrás, es muy lindo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte einem stets weiterhelfen.
Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht mehr ganz so "neu" aus, wie auf den Bildern.
Aber für 1-2 Nächte auf jeden Fall ok.

Cons:

Da die Zimmereingangstür ziemlich dünn und milchig war (milchiges Kunstoff) hellte das Licht vom Flur das Zimmer auch Nachts auf. Das gegenüberliegende Zimmer war 2 Meter entfernt und dadurch war es sehr hellhörig.
Da mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag und sich direkt unter mir eine Auto/Roller Reinigung befand, war es bis spät Abends und Morgens früh schon ziemlich laut.

הצוות היה מדהים! עזרו בכל דבר שהייתי צריכה, בנוסף כל יום הם מנקים את החדר ומביאים בקבוקי מים

Great location . . Hanoi old quarter loved every minute.
Pros:

Location and staff Tam Tam was lovely very helpful it’s also a travel agency very reasonable for trips.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum von Hanoi gelegen, so dass man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Besonders hat uns das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Team vom Hotel begeistert. Wir haben dort auch einige Touren gebucht und wurden vom Hotel die ganze Zeit betreut/unterstützt, so dass alles hervorragend geklappt hat.

Servicio del staff, ubicación

Cons:

La habitación nuestra está ubicada en la parte posterior, al fondo y eso provoca que no tenga ventanas. Es un detalle pero poco importante porque estuvimos casi todo el tiempo afuera.
