Great value and has everything you need
Pros:

There is laundry, communal kitchen and vending machines with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic option. In the morning we got a free coffee or water. The twin room was very spacious. The staff were lovely even though we spoken basically no Japanese.

小坂インターから近いのがよい。
Pros:

弘前が桜まつりで、ホテルは星野リゾート並に高くて泊まれなかったのでここにしました。マンションの民泊のような感じ。

Cons:

工事関係者7割、旅行者3割かな、女性1人の方もいたかな。とにかく普通。
