Che dire… mi sono trovato per caso preSso questo Resort per viaggio di lavoro, con tappa di una notte (purtroppo)…cortesia sin dalla prima telefonata, mi hanno applicato una tariffa vantaggiosa con ricca colazione, parcheggio interno e wifi ben funzionante! Si vede che l’ambiente è curato e c’è attenzione per la pulizia… hanno anche un Centro benessere di cui purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire, ma ci ritornerò sicuramente per provare la spa. Esperienza super positiva.

Ho soggiornato soltanto per 1 notte e mi sono trovato benissimo.
La Struttura è ben tenuta ed il personale è accogliente.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo
Pulizia ottima

Ça pourrait être un endroit super mais c est qui dommageable on juste l impression que l hôtel va fermer ou qu il vient

Équipement et fonctionnement vétuste ( pas d étendage pour nos affaires , la clim ne fonctionnait pas ),dès que des gens ouvrait le portail nous avions le bruit dans notre chambre c est insupportable
Petit déjeuner à revoir le choix et plus que limiter voir inexistant

Tout le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Mention spéciale à la réceptionniste qui nous a indiqué de superbes endroits (restaurant, plages...).
La chambre était spacieuse.
L'hôte est bien situé dans une campagne calme.
Le parking ombragé est un vrai plus.

Cons:

La piscine ferme à 18h ce qui nous a semblé très tôt en plein mois d'août alors qu'il fait très chaud. Nous avions prévu de visiter les alentours par conséquent nous comptions nous baigner en fin de journée. A notre arrivée déçu nous l'avons indiqué a la réceptionniste qui a vue avec son responsable pour nous permettre de nous rafraîchir quelques minutes 🙏.
La chambre est à remettre au goût du jour.

Apartamentos en torno a una piscina con gorro obligatorio que cierra a las 18h
Pros:

El aire acondicionado funciona. El pueblo de Grottaglie fue un descubrimiento muy agradable. El desayuno está bien. Está retirado y es tranquilo.

Cons:

El centro de la instalación es una piscina que cierra a las 6 de la tarde y en la que hay que llevar gorro obligatorio, suena música a alto volumen permanentemente. En las terrazas de los apartamentos hay unos maceteros llenos de colillas que no limpiaron en 5 días. Como alojamiento desde el que hacer turismo por la zona resulta inapropiado: si vuelves después de las 6 han cerrado la piscina. Los apartamentos no tienen lavadora ni hay lavandería en la instalación.

Una vacanza da 5 stelle nella città delle Ceramiche
Pros:

Posizione molto utile rispetto alla città ed essendo in campagna, anche se le giornate erano calde, una leggera brezza ha reso le serate gradevoli.

La presenza della piscina, bar e ristorante ha reso il soggiorno molto gradevole.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Great experience
Pros:

The location was great and it was very easy to travel and visit the main renowned cities in the Apulia region. The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Such nice and welcoming people. Perfect for families.
