Pros:

価格の割にはお部屋の整備が行き届いていて、快適に過ごせました。天井の壁紙が一部剥がれ落ちていたのは気になりました。また周辺の地域が地域なので、夜中は少々賑やかですが特に気になりません。アメニティも部屋にしっかりそろい、電子レンジもあって素晴らしかったです。
こういうホテルがまだ日本にあるのが嬉しく思いました。

急遽の予約の上、週末三連休前の金曜日でしかも梅田とあっては仕方がない。他に取れるところがなくここにしましたが、完全な歓楽街ど真ん中の立地で夜中まで周囲は大騒ぎ、その声が絶えず響いています。確認しなかったのが悪かったのですが今時喫煙ルームで、臭いはそこまで酷くないものの臭い。特にバスルーム。部屋の鍵も独特で暗証番号方式。これは場所柄もあり、間違いなく用途に特化した造りでしょう。何とは申しません。そして暗証番号がコピーされたと思しき紙で渡されるので、頻繁に変えているとも思えないし、セキュリティ面はかなり不安。
まあ、そういうこと気にするなら、あるいは特定の用事がないなら選びなさるなということだと思います。一晩の屋根があったことはありがたい。

Pros:

繁華街にあるホテルなのでコンビニや飲食店が近く便利が良いのですが2つ隣が風俗店なので家族やカップル向きではない。それと窓を閉めていても部屋の空気口から外の騒ぎ声が遅く迄聞こえて寝つきにくかったです。

駅近、繁華街沿いだったので、交通は便利だった。部屋の清掃が汚い。ユニットバスの排水溝に髪の毛が詰まっていて、排水時に溢れ出した。

ナビアプリでホテルに向かったのにも関わらず駅からホテルまで迷いました。迷いながら到着したので、ホテルから目的地までの行き方を尋ねたら、地図を出してくださり、ていねいに説明してくださいました。
説明の地図のくださいましたので、迷うことなく目的地やホテルに戻ることが出来ました。
