Reception, restaurant staff were all lovely and helpful, especially Gabby Samadg. Hotel slightly worn

Very good location to stay for London trips, staff were polite and the restaurant was kept clean and tidy by Gabby who looked after us at breakfast time. Will be staying again.

Clean, spacious room and smart, tidy common areas. The atmosphere was friendly with a warm greeting and an attentive breakfast service. Nothing was missing from the buffet and the food was well prepared.

Great location, staff superb friendly, had a real good laugh with the lady serving drinks late Sunday night 22nd March. Likewise tge ladies working in breakfast on 23rd.

Hotel value for money, I'd have given 5, but the bed was so narrow

Gabby, Hayat and Nora are all superb!

I got into London very late at 2 in the morning due to a flight delay so I needed somewhere to stay. Luckily Travelodge had a free room which was very nice. The breakfast buffet was just what I needed. Highly recommended especially if you need somewhere to book last minute!

We booked two super rooms for two nights. Pros:

- staff lovely, doesn’t feel like a busy city hotel but a friendly place to stay
- super rooms have good wifi and all facilities working and decent
- good coffee machine
- good shower (no bath, I quite like a bath option tbh)
- we booked breakfast and dinner, so it was basically like a package holiday allowing us to focus on activities and not overspend eating in the city. Breakfast very good. Dinners average. I wouldn’t get dinners if just for me again, but with a teenager it was perfect. Predictable and easy.
- amazing location
- good value for what is basically all inclusive in london!

Cons:
- one room smelt a bit funky, but couldn’t see a reason
- not many dinner options

Service was Satisfactory and was top notch 👌
Customer service ( name Ripa) on the first day of arrival was helpful and commendable.

Denisa did an excellent job with both the pizza and the hot chocolate, I have to say, it’s the best pizza I’ve had in London.

Lovely experience had a great time

This is an amazing hotel. I was served by Barbora . Barbora is super nice.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for the tube plus other historical sights nearby eg Tower of London & Tower Bridge. The rooms are clean and comfortable with lovely mattresses and bedding. It has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are very professional and accommodating. The rooms are great value for money especially on a Sunday to Monday basis. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to thank Ripa on Reception and Ali the bar for being so helpful. There is a railway line behind the hotel but I still had a good sleep.

Fantastic hotel, great hospitality from Gabby, Hayat and Ilona. Perfect location and breakfast.

Great experience and pretty brilliant for the price. Friendly staff - especially Roman who sorted out a minor issue for me.
