Travelodge London Central Waterloo

Fabulous time.
Well catered for and the lad on the bar and front desk went above and beyond to help with anything we needed (i didnt get their names sadly).
One of the nights Jennifer looked after us for food and she was great too.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had dinner one night and breakfast on 3 mornings. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. All meals were amazing. Room was clean and well stocked. We received extra coffees from reception when we required it. Hotel is about 5mins walk from Waterloo station and about 20 mins from London Eye so very easy to get around London. Would recommend this hotel.

Great service - Jennifer was amazing and a real joy. Coffee was hot which was a win.

Went with my family for dinner, we were served by Jennifer. She is such an asset to team, gave amazing customer service and was so attentive throughout our meal. Serving with a smile and good attitude the whole way through! :)

Conveniently located for Waterloo and Westminster.

Stayed in Room 845, which was a weird shape, rendering the desk area unusable.

Skirting boards in the room needed a dust and the TV remote was temperamental.

Would I say again, yes for the location, not for the room or the staff, who were not that welcoming.

Room 325 nice clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed and breakfast at the hotel. Plenty of choice and good value for the price. Such nice staff keeping everything running and items topped up

Stayed at Travelodge and had a good experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but fresh and filling, a good way to start the day. The AC sometimes made noise at night, but overall the stay was pleasant. 😊

Break the next morning was fresh, had a good selection and the staff who greeted me were lovely and helpful. Makes such a difference to be greeted in the morning with such a warm and friendly way.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax after a long day exploring the city.

The price for the rooms was also really good, especially considering the quality of the hotel and the excellent location. It’s conveniently located near the Underground and very close to the London Eye, which made getting around and visiting attractions incredibly easy.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and we felt really well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Fatima, who was truly the best host ever. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again in the future.

Its a travelodge at end of the day but Jennifer was fab.

Ate at the restaurant and was served by a lovely lady. She was very chatty and gave me good recommendations on what to eat. All the food was delicious!

We chose this hotel as it's walking distance from the Southbank Centre. The family room was spacious (apart from the bathroom), and we were please we could open the window to air the room. We would certainly stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room spotlessly clean and quiet and with a window that opens (a bit). Great value, good location, hard to fault it.
