We'll be back
Pros:

Only a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station and with a bus stop almost outside this was very convenient for our trip up to Wembley, over to Canary Wharf and for going to Covent Garden for a wander around. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and roomy - we'd upgraded to a Superroom. We hadn't intended to but decided to have breakfast there. We could have eaten cheaper at the Wetherspoons in Waterloo but the Travelodge was good value for money with plenty to choose from. We left our suitcase at the hotel after we'd checkout so we didn't have to lug it around with us while sightseeing before getting the train home - this was a big bonus for us.

Really good experience, I can only recommend.
Pros:

I can only recommend Travelodge. I really was surprised by the atmosphere, the confort and the service that is offered. Beds are confortable, I slept really good. The room I was in (742) had a great view. Surprisingly clean as well. There wasn't any noise at night. The light buttons are so useful as well. My card access did not work but they took it in charge really quickly and were very helpful.
Employees here are a sunshine. Food is really good as well. I recommend having the breakfast !
Thank you Travelodge Waterloo, I will definitely stay here again :)

Frustrating stay
Pros:

I had paid extra to pick a room on the top floor on the quiet street but hadn't anticipated how noisy it would be inside the room! Continual plant room type hum and an intermittent noise which was possibly water going through pipes? Room was clean however and shower was hot but one of those annoying shower curtains hung in the wrong place so the water just falls on the floor. Soap/Shampoo smelt nice but a little drying on the skin.
I had paid for breakfast when I checked in but I was not 'on the list' when I went to breakfast. Had to go back upstairs to find my card receipt and take it to reception. Even then I was told it 'wasn't on the system' and she couldn't find the vendor receipt from the card machine so I was judged suspiciously although they did allow me to have breakfast. Breakfast was ok and overall good value. When I went back to my room after breakfast my key card didn't work so back to reception I went.....
Overall quite frustrating and wish I hadn't bothered paying extra for what I thought would be a quieter room.

Family birthday weekend.
Pros:

Location really good as 5-10 min walk from the London Eye. Room was decent all you need is a bed to sleep in as alot to do around the area. Value for money for a few nights stay. Overall very clean always someone cleans as you walk around the hotel. Noise level on first night wasn't so good but was on a Friday night so was to be expected. Restaurant on one night in the evening waited over 45 mins for our food to come out. But all staff were apologetic and explained there was a fault in one of the cookers as it wasn't reported the previous day. Definitely will be back. Thank you very much.
