Pros:

The hotel location was good....less than10 min drive to Jonker Walk. Walking there is possible if weather is not too hot... estimate about 15 mins. Plenty of parking space if you drive.
However, toiletries provided is very minimal, only shampoo and body gel. Hotel should consider upgrading the bath towels as some are in not too good condition. Some towels are off white in color and loose thread here and there. Beds are comfy. The hotel provide a hot/cold water dispenser near the lift on room floor level

Cons:

I personally find the pillow not too comfy but then again it is very subjective.

Nice hotel that is clean and spacious, with a balcony. A hair dryer and safe box are provided. The bed is comfortable, though the pillow is not very fluffy or firm.

The location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to Jonker Walk and The Sandman by Blind Tiger Entertainment. It’s a good choice for those who prefer to stay away from the crowds and noise, yet still within a short 4-minute walk to popular spots, including the well-known satay celup at Restoran Ban Lee Siang.

Overall, definitely recommended.

Cons:

Air con temperature couldn't be adjusted, it was stuck at 20 degree. Room is not cold enough and the speed of the fan can't be adjusted too.

Pros:

Comfort bed, Friendly staff, Nice place to stay (stay in executive room)

Cons:

Secluded area, no convinient store near by (around) , have to drive and go out if you want to buy something. Got mall building in front the hotel but it's abandoned already
