The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious

Cons:

The room was not clean with water leaking from underneath the floor. Someone tried to open my room at 3am which activated my alarm. No closet or hangers, no hair dryer. Towels were very dirty and moldy. Someone called me at midnight on December 20, 2024 saying he's a staff at Vivid hotel and someone was delivering my order, which I suspected was a scam. My info was not safe with the hotel. I didn't give anyone my Malaysian number and didn't order anything to be delivered to the hotel where I only stayed 1 night a week ago.

Manager was helpful + location is very good

Cons:

- price upon arrival was much higher then expected
- some days no water
- room to small + no window
- price/quality is not good

Everything is ok except the facilities, there was no water in bathroom for whole one day
