Schrecklich, da reicht ein Wort!

Personal war extrem unfreundlich und respektlos, wir werden uns nochmal per Mail melden!
Das Zimmer war komplett kaputt, die wände haben sich abgelöst und es gab keine Klima bei 37 grad! Mir wurde ein kaputter Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt!

Que el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Que cobran hasta por respirar, por ejemplo taxes que no cobran en ningún otro hotel de Suiza (ese de la ciudad que nadie nos dijo) y el estacionamiento también carisimo cuando se supone que se anuncian que tienen parking.... y no tiene aire acondicionado, ésto último fue una pesadilla porque la pasamos muy mal con esas altas temperaturas .

bei 35 grad KEINE klimaanlage trotz „drei“ stern . die fenster waren nur zum kippen. ich hatte zwar jeden tag neue handtücher aber es wurde kein einziges mal das bett überzogen u gemacht !

High prized tourist trap well centered in Luzern

Cons:

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel charges CHF 30 per night for parking and states on the invoice that it is the Schweizerhof parking garage, while it is actually the Migros supermarket parking. The price is definitely excessive and misleading.

The rooms are very basic for a 4-star property, and there is no air conditioning, which makes the stay uncomfortable during warmer periods. There is also no bar open in the evening for guests to enjoy a drink.

The biggest issue was that the hotel had a problem with its hot water system, leaving the shower completely freezing cold. When I asked the manager for a discount or partial refund due to this major inconvenience, my request was refused.

Considering the price paid, the lack of compensation and customer care was very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Wonder hotel and the location was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Schönes Zimmer in der Stadt Luzern

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bodylotion auch inklusive fand ich super

Die sehr kurzen Wege zu den wichtigeren Sehenswürdigkeiten von Luzern.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Der bereitgestellte Ventilator war eigentlich nur laut und somit unbrauchbar für eine angenehme Nachtruhe.
