Good value hotel in great location - recommended!
Pros:

Good value for money. We loved our lake view and the coffee machine in the room. Great location - close to lake, shopping and old town. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but not brilliant. Scrambled eggs and croissants were a bit dry.

Good stay in a great location
Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the location is excellent, close to the train station and easy to explore the area on foot.

Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of options to start the day. The streets can be a bit noisy on weekends, but that’s part of the lively neighborhood and not something the hotel controls.

Overall, a good experience.

Excelente.
Pros:

Todo fue muy bueno, desde antes de llegar el hotel te ofrece de forma gratuita un pase para usar el transporte publico para llegar al hote, además de la tarjeta de visitante de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son muy lindas, espaciosas y comodas. Y el desayuno es exquisito.

Cons:

La persona que atiende en la barra de desayunos en ocasiones no es muy amable.

Two days to sightsee in Luzern
Pros:

This hotel is ultra central to Luzern, ideal for a short stay with everything at a walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very simple over there but if you want more options there are tons of places in the walking area just behind the hotel.
Bonus for the parking which is in fact the migros parking (ask for the card at reception and use it to enter the parking !) because it's extremely expensive otherwise.

Pros:

Velký čistý pokoj, s velkou koupelnou, kvalitní postele a čistota. Rozmanitá snídaně.

Cons:

Poněkud tvrdší pečivo. Na pokojích nešlo zavřít všechna okna, ve spojení s hlučnou ulicí se hůře usínalo.
