Pros:

the room was cozy and nice, with a view twords the lake, withi a nice shower room,. They let me put some food in ther fridg in the resturant. very peasent place and near bus station to bahnhoff. I recomment the place.

Une chambre correcte. Lit confortable. Personnel aimable.

Cons:

Le bruit autour de l’hôtel .
Les distributeurs de savon, gel et lotion, étaient tous en mauvais condition, très difficile d’obtenir le produit. Le produit n’était pas de bonne qualité.

Muy buena ubicación y limpio.

Cons:

Las habitaciones y, especialmente, los baños, eran bastante pequeños. El desayuno era muy limitado. Además, el precio era muy alto (incluso para ser Lucerna, que ya es una ciudad cara de por sí) en relación al servicio ofrecido.

Pros:

An einem der Tage war das Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 9:00 Uhr fast komplett nicht mehr verfügbar und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. An den anderen Tagen war es ok.

Cons:

Es war im Zimmer extrem heiß. Bei diesen Preisen würde man Klimatisierung erwarten.

Mit diesem Wissen, würden wir bei der Reservation um eine andere Zimmerlage fragen.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war toll :-)
Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Leider hatten wir übersehen, dass die Hotelzimmer nicht mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. In dieser Hitzezeit war es sehr schwierig Schlaf vor 1 Uhr zu finden.
Unser Zimmer ging leider genau auf die Strasse hinaus, und der Durchgangverkehr hat uns zusätzlich wach gehalten.

If I had known would have booked better hotel
Pros:

Location, nothing else

Cons:

The room was very hot and the provided fan was inadequate, I would suggest not to stay here if you cannot sleep in hot weather. The standard of the hotel is budget for school trips, lots of noisy somewhat ill behaved US students
