We stayed for two nights so it was fair , not bad actually.
Pros:

It was quite expensive considering the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially. There was some mold on the shower wall, a few hair strands near the sink, and the toilet brush was very dirty.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were very soft, and the room size was appropriate for two people. The location was excellent, though. Every major tourist attraction was within walking distance from the hotel — only about a 7 to 9-minute walk to the train station, Chapel Bridge, and the old market. It was also very close to the lake with beautiful scenic views.

There were also a number of good food places nearby, including halal restaurants for Muslims, such as Lebanese restaurants and Little Istanbul right below the train station , some helal indian food as well.

Cons:

Cleanliness . Bathrooms were not clean given the high prices of the rooms.

Es war ein stimmig-schöner Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel - herzlichen Dank!
Pros:

Die 2 Frauen, welche das Frühstück zubereitet/serviert/bedient haben waren ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr freundlich! Sie verdienen die Bestnote! Mit dem Zimmer waren wir auch sehr zufrieden!

Cons:

Es war alles wirklich gut!

There was no breakfast as we paid for it , staff was rude and at 8.30 an breakfast item was finished and no good server said . Many people’s were disappointed. Very bad service by this hotel .

Die Lage

Cons:

Verwirrter Rezeptionist beim Einchecken und das Frühstück war die "Blaue Hölle". Der Käse war doll angeschimmelt, die Wurst lag schon Tage rum, hatte trockene Ränder, die sich schon nach oben bogen. Das Brot war knochenhart und das Gemüse auch schon labbrig vom Vortag. Auch die Früchte waren schon an einem Gährungspunkt und prizelten auf der Zunge. Wie hatten am nächsten Tag schön mit Unwohlsein zu tun. Der Frühstücksraum war zudem extrem dreckig unter den Tischen... ich denke, ich muss das nicht weiter ausführen... ach doch, die Dame, die im Frühstücksraum bediente war stark alkoholisiert. Sie roch schlimm nach Alkohol – JEDEN TAG.

j'ai aimé mon séjour
Pros:

le personnel de la réception était très sympas, celui du petit déjeuner il y avait une personne qui devrais apprendre a sourire aux clients car avec le personnel elle y arrive très bien "sans vouloir être méchante " quand aux personnels des chambres le sourire était aussi au abonner absent.
Je ne dis pas cela pour mettre à mal le personnel concerné seulement en observation pour y réfléchir.

Cons:

tout est dis ci-dessus. mon observation n'est pas pour être négative mais constructive!
