Unwürdige 4 Sterne
Pros:

Für eine Nacht ist es vollkommen ok, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht hier verbringen wollen. Das Zimmer war sauber und dadurch Bett vollkommen ok.

Cons:

Jedoch leider ist dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und hat die 4 Sterne nicht mehr verdient. Im Badezimmer hätte die Dusche dringend eine Sanierung nötig, denn die schwarzen Stellen bei den Fugen sind nicht nur unschön, sondern Hygienisch auch sehr bedenklich und der 4 Sterne nicht würdig.
Sowie auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat höchstens 1 Stern verdient. Kleine Auswahl, schlechte Gipfel und auch hartes Brot. Wir waren schon in einigen 2-3 Sterne-Hotels und hatten die besseren Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zwei Damen beim Frühstück kann man nur loben. Sie machen einen super Job unter miesen Bedingungen. Ich möchte nicht in deren Haut stecken, wenn die Gäste voller Erwartungen zum Frühstück kommen und von diesem sehr enttäuscht werden

Das Hotel punktet hauptsächlich durch die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Laut Anfrage ( Rezension) sollte das Hotel klimatisiert sein. War aber nicht der Fall. Als Begründung hörten wir: Wer kann denn damit rechnen, dass es Ende Mai so heiss sei.? Backwaren beim Frühstück wurden vom Personal aufgebacken und waren nicht frisch, was ich eigentlich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann. Nach längerer Lagerung und Abkühlung waren diese hart und trocken. Haben dort ab dem 4 Tag nicht mehr gefrühstückt. Wegen des Klimas konnte man wählen, ob und wie oft das Zimmer "gemacht " werden sollte. Klappte oft nicht. Wünschte man keine Reinigung, klopfte es spät Nachmittags an der Tür. Wenn man eine Reinigung wünschte, kam es oft vor dass man es erst zwischen 16.00 und 17.00 machen wollte. Da wir oft um diese Zeit von unseren Touren zurück kamen und uns duschen wollten, haben wir auch an diesen Tagen auf eine Reinigung verzichtet.

If you’re looking for 4*’s, this isn’t it.
Pros:

Nothing much, location was okay.

Cons:

Rooms were dated, the shower had mould and paint falling off above my head which was disgusting, no AC the room was extremely warm and we had a tower fan that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 1980’s with the amount of dust on it, it was gross, the body wash had a very peculiar smell also. This hotel is 3*’s at most, maybe even 2*’s. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and let the hotel know and they didn’t even acknowledge on arrival.

Lage OK - doch sehr laut. Junior-Suite im 1. Stock - Gefühl Autos fahren durch das Zimmer. Es war sehr laut!
Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer

Eine nette Kurzreise mit Übernachtung in einem gut organisierten Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man kann wirklich innerhalb des Stadtkerns alles fussläufig erreichen. Mein gebuchtes Einzelzimmer war klein, es gab aber alles was notwendig ist. Die Hotelangestellten sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es wäre schön wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe im Hotel gekühlte Getränke kaufen zu können.
