The walls were kind of thin you could hear cleaning staff talking outside the room in the morning very well, but nothing major
Location amazing! Right next to Northern line tube station so accessible for all main attractions in London. Staff are polite, friendly and customer service is excellent.

Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff at both the reception desk and breakfast. Arlene and Hannah very helpful also the other reception staff.
Very nice extra touches like the L'Occitane toiletries and tea/ coffee / water/ hot chocolate in the bedrooms. I would definitely return.
Clean and cosy room with good amenities. I stayed here for an event a Wembley Arena and it was very easy to get there on the bus. Also well placed for Brent Cross, and just up the road are lots of places to get food.
