Lovely quality hotel
Pros:

Receptionist went above and beyond to find me a ground floor room. Very warm and comfortable with lots of space and nice selection of beverages. Biscuits were an extra bonus. Fabulous continental breakfast

Overall, a great experience, especially the room. Very comfortable.
Pros:

Room was spotless. Not very easy to locate initially. SATNAV took me there OK but not well signposted. Had to call reception for directions.
