Pleasant, clean but best to come via public transport without heavy cases,
Pros:

The friendly woman at the bar, the clean room,

Cons:

We came half an hour early, wanted to charge a fee for early check in, the steep steps to climb to the floor, no lift rather hard with suitcases, the parking difficulty

Pros:

It was quite comfortable and suited my needs at the time. Very accommodating staff ! Bathroom was nice and spacious and very clean.

Pros:

The staff were welcoming. We booked last minute (on the day) and we arrived early but they still facilitated our check in efficiently and with a smile.
The rooms and overall hotel were excellent

The car park was tiny but it wouldn’t put me off returning again

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel in a great location close to Hendon Central tube station. Charming staff who are extremely helpful. Nice continental breakfast.

Cons:

The only slight downside was our bedroom was on the second floor with some quite narrow stairs. However, didn't spoil our stay.

Perfect location, amazing staff and very clean.
Pros:

It was in the perfect location, amazingly clean and the staff were just delightful. Nothing was too much. Julia was very welcoming and was very helpful with local takeout advice! Beds were really comfy and lovely toiletries!

Cons:

Nothing, we were just off reception which was a little loud first thing but wasn’t an issue as we were just using a base for exploring.

Great hotel and near Wembley
Pros:

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely receptionist who was friendly and welcoming. We were able to get an early check in (£15) which was great. Lovely staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was nice and served in a beautiful dining room with a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Good location for Wembley.

Location and price just a 30min ride from Wembley
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but nice continental.
Great location for catching No.83 bus to Wembley Stadium and back. Very close to Hendon Central Tube Station (150m to both bus and tube)

Cons:

Shower was a bit temperamental with temperature and pressure. Had to pay either £25 extra for checking in early at 11:50am or £15 extra after 1pm even though the room was ready at both times.

Wonderful stay. Will definitely return

The hotel was pristine. All staff very friendly and helpful Nothing too much trouble. The decor is lovely and up to date. Breakfast was a continental service. Always fresh and a good variety of items
