Really friendly, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, the place was spotless and they gave bathroom facilities which was fantastic. The bathroom was really lovely and it was a nice touch having the toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Great location for Hendon Central also.

Cons:

The bedroom was quite small and we weren't entitled to complimentary breakfast which you are if you book directly through the hotel which was a shame.

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. My daughter lives in London and it can be difficult finding somewhere that is good, reasonably priced, and with carparking. This hotel fits the bill, good price, location is brilliant, 2 minutes from Hendon Central tube, which is 4 stops to King's Cross. The hotel itself was very good, lovely room with comfortable beds. We didn't use the restaurant as we eating out, but it looked lovely with a cosy atmosphere. The staff were great especially KD. Attention to detail was good and nice to be called by your name when checking out the next morning; made it more personal.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel.

Great stay..
Pros:

2nd time staying here for a trip to Wembley. The staff are lovely and very hardworking. The room was spotlessly clean.

The only snag was a broken blind in the bedroom.
