Cleanliness was good. Front desk should accept the customer with a warmer smile. Cant get to sleep.
Pros:

with that reasonable price, cleanliness is very good including the bed, bathroom, and even floor. the downfall is it does'nt provide much amenities, towels are available and looks clean. no abnormal smell in the room.

Shampoo was not available.
Poor sound proof.
We drove there and i was very happy to stay at the hotel UNTILL the MIDNIGHT where i could'nt sleep AT ALL till 5am in the morning. The hotel was located very near to the traffic junction and there are so so many... plenty of " MAT REMPIT" racing and makes noise on the road for whole night starting at 11pm!! i can't even close my eyes due to the poor sound proof especially the windows. The noise was so loud as if it was just right next to you. would'nt recommend to stay there over the weekend as it is the mat rempit's active day.
so sad to see such a nice hotel get ruined by those unnecessary noisy event.
FYI the JPJ office is just right opposite the road.
