Best Western Plus Pearl Creek

I have been using the hotel since 2023. This year one can tell that the hotel is really neglected. We had to change our first room as the door handles were broken and the rooms lights were not functioning nor was the AC. We moved to another room to which the carpets, headboards, tables were very dirty. I had to asked for it to be vacuumed. The AC switch pad kept falling out.

It’s sad to see the complete sheer decline and neglect of the hotel rooms. I guess it is now a 100% budget hotel, not a hotel that deserves a creek view, which was hard to see as the windows were filthy. There was literal dust and dirt and hair in ten carpets. Their curtains were broken. My dad has stayed there 8 times and he said he will not return.

This hotel is the best , small things make big difference for example-
They are very helpful breakfast is very good they serve food whatever customers demands after menu also.. Mr. Vijay banquet manager is the best he is very helpful and takes care of his staff very professionally . Mr. Nafiz is very jolly person he always remembers the need of a person and serves before his call

This was my 2nd stay at Best Western Pearl Creek Excellent value for money. Staff were very professional and polite . Concierge amazing. As was the housekeeping team they have a very high standard of cleaning and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is tired snd needs refurbishing but for the price it was Excellent. Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast wasn't great but the fresh fruit was good . I would stayvthere again as it us situated close to Gold Souk and other historic Deira places of interest.

The best hotel I have stayed in Dubai . Such friendly and kind staff that are so polite and accommodating it feels like home to home . The food is so nice such good quality for such a good price . I would happily stay here again .

God aweful hotel. Out dated, smelly rooms. Smelly toilets. Dirty windows. Sub-par breakfast.

Slow room service. They would not come, im guessing under staffing.

I would consider this a 4 star hotel by any means.

Madam Minuki, Mr. Omar, waiter Jamal, and Manager Vijay are wonderful people! Very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! 🍽✨

We stayed here as it was relatively close (15 min drive) to the Hotel, but away from all the major attractions which this time we didn't have time to see anyway. Honestly, its a decent tourist class hotel, nothing more. Very fair value and we were upgraded so the room was a suite, even if the facilities could use a bit of a facelift. some local restaurants and shops nearby but largely away from tourism. Staff were very nice, breakfast was decent, and had a rooftop pool/bar which was a bit sparse.

The best was the restaurant team Mr Vijay and Bhoomi and Nafees and Minuki. The most helpful and friendliest perople are the concierge team with the 3 gentleman : Jimmy and Ismael and Ganesh.

Perfect location and very reasonable price in Deira with the view on the Creek

The personell was very attentive and friendly and even mr. Vijay, mr Nafees miss bhumi give us special assistance and very good customer care. The foods very tasty good specially pasta n spaghetti.The location of the hotel is great. You are within a few minutes shops, supermarket and you have a good connection to many sights and areas. You just crossed the road infront of the hotel and go to for a tour on boat. I really liked the onsen and the said hotel is just infront of the sea. also have great personal care supplies. Super service. I will recommend my friends to come and stay in this hotel.
