Pros:

As soon as we checked in to the hotel the staff came asking for a deposit. We have fully paid for the room yet he came asking for a deposit. it was very unprofessional

Fairly reasonable hotel for travelers on a budget. good value of your money
Pros:

The room is a non-smoking room and actually quite spacious. Tea/coffee facilities are available in the room, the AC and Water heater work well. Staff is quite helpful. Located in the middle of the city, there is a small grocery store next door (indomaret). no breakfast service but can order food online easily. can borrow plate and spoon/fork from the hotel. Wifi connection is also well.

Cons:

cleanliness!!. reception desk and overall area in the lobby are a bit dusty. there's a lingering smell of cigarette, though it's a non-smoking area. when i arrived in the room, i needed to ask the staff to clean the toilet and bathroom. the tea/coffee facilities also need to be cleaned as it seems like it wasn't being cleaned after the previous guest left. i stayed in another room until my room was ready and cleaned. the staff respond, however, is fast for any inquiries.
