Beautiful property. Very nice pool area . Good choice of food selection. Spacious room - abundant TV channels portions. Airport shuttle made it convenient too. Freindly staff

No towels. Air conditioning off.
Bad Service
Very clean, easy check in and out and the restaurant food was amazing specially the sushi.
It was dirty in our room, especially the floor was filthy. The service at the bar was very poor and very slow!!! There was no service at the spa and the swimming pool. The hot tub by the pool was out of service.
Not acceptable that the bar closes early or 1 towel for a twin room. Slow check in. Worst of all, air conditioning not working below 26 C

Check in had problems with copying passports incorrect. Very slow. We got 3 rooms, all with no towels or bath mats. All rooms only have 1 small bottle of water even though they have a tea/coffee machine and we should have 2 standard size for 2 people (king size bed) to drink at night and make coffee in the morning and tea at night. Also only one shampoo, one conditioner and one cream. In addition peeling paint on the wall beside the bed near the floor. When asked for towels I received to bath. No face, no hand or bath mat. In summary, unacceptable.
I would not recommend this hotel, we just had to stay one night and definitely not a 5 star hotel. Hotel is old, not well maintained. Airco in room was not working properly.
And never stay with new years if you want to sleep, a loud party till 6 without telling upfront is not proper (was pretty good music if you went to that party...) After staying many nights at Los Tajibos this was very disappointing and not recommended, also location is off compared to other hotels.

Nice location. Heavy traffic in the mornings to go to the city. Schedule a 30 min delay due to traffic. I tried to reach out to the hotel to schedule the pick-up from the airport, but no one replied.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was generally pleasing . However more attention could be given to the pool area - service, (towel availability, drinks) and the hot tub was empty.
