Pros:

Excellent location, and really good front staff.

Cons:

We spent the first day without the heated bathroom floor working and BOTH days without the towel bar heaters working.
Really thought you could have reduced the room charge by a few euros per night???

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und weil es angeblich ein Upgrade war, hätten wir theoretisch kochen können.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
Kleines Fitnessstudio ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Weg von der Rezeption zum Zimmer war sehr lang. Die Zwischenflure haben nach Müll gerochen.
Das Zimmer 116 liegt direkt an einer Gasse, die an der Ecke eine Bar hat. Wenn ein Fußballspiel in Nürnberg stattfindet, sollte man hier nicht schlafen. In den zwei Nächten haben wir kein Auge zugetan, da die Fans sehr laut waren. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Die Zimmer sind im Sommer nicht du gut genug abdunkelbar.

Não tem recepção 24h.
Chegamos cedo para o chekin e deixamos as malas no maleiro e não fomos informados que a recepção só funcionava até as 20h. Chegamos após o jantar e ficamos um bom tempo do lado de fora do hotel até aparecer um hospede e abrir a porta. Só depois de entrar que conseguimos entrar em contato via telefone com a recepção para obter as informações sobre o acesso aos quarto. Uma mensagem faria toda a diferença!!!

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt; trotzdem sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Hof). Schöne Zimmer, gut eingerichtet, komfortable Betten. Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan möglich.

Apartament był przestronny i wygodny, dodatkowo w świetnej lokalizacji, personel bardzo pomocny i miły.

Cons:

W pokoju było ustawione ogrzewanie na 25 stopni. Poradzono nam że nie da się zmniejszyć temperatury ale można to ogrzewanie całkiem wyłączyć, co jednak zupełnie nie przyniosło rezultatu. Ale największym problemem były całodzienne roboty uliczne które od 8 rano skutecznie nie pozwalały się dłużej wyspać. Ilość decybeli w pokoju, nawet przy zamkniętych oknach była bardzo męcząca.
