We had a great stay, the staff were superb and went the extra yards to make us comfortable.
Pros:

Location was great, close to some good restaurants and perfect for watching the early morning mass balloon inflations. Breakfast had a good choice and was also in a good location. The guys in reception were superb and booked our trips and balloon flight with lots of good advice.

Cons:

The pool was good but the pool bar didn't open until 1pm - 2pm. The guy running/serving in the bar was fantastic its just that the opening time was a bit late. 11am would be a great time for it to open.

Needs better maintenance and cleaning practises but nice hotel
Pros:

This hotel has a pool with a bar and a few daybeds which is great for relaxing. Lots of different terraces and areas of the hotel. The room has AC which is great too. They can store your luggage before check in and organise airport transfer which is good.

Cons:

The bath in our room was completely smashed on the outside with tiles fallen off which was just unappealing to look at and should have been repaired. Also, the cleaning team must not have their ratio of cleaning product to water correct as the room stank like bleach to the point of us both getting headaches. We tried airing it out and the smell was unbearable and was just impossible to get rid of.

Out of this world. Something I’ll remember all my life.
Pros:

It was like a magical space with interesting cave accommodations. The balcony and viewing platforms looked over the town. And it was very close to the centre and easily reached.
The staff, Hero and Amur, were incredible. Warm and so helpful. Wonderful to chat to— it made it feel like a home. Hero particularly went out of his way to get me aloft in Cat Valley when all others had cancelled. He went above and beyond!

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, el desayuno está muy bien y el servicio es 10/10.

Cons:

Nos quedamos en una cueva y como había llovido hubo un poco de filtración de agua. Entiendo que sea algo natural pero puede ser peligroso porque teníamos un par de charcos en la habitación.

Un buon Hotel
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Suite Queen, molto grande e con vasca idromassaggio, che non abbiamo avuto il tempo di provare. A parte qualche cosa da sistemare come una luce sul pavimento mancante e una sopra allo specchio del lavandino, la camera era molto spaziosa e aveva anche una zona con bagno turco.
La colazione è sufficiente sia per il salato che per il dolce.
Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto alle nostre esigenze velocemente e con cordialità.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo rende l'hotel sicuramente una struttura da prendere in considerazione.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto una perdita di acqua sulla zona del lavandino, che è stata prontamente risolta dallo staff.
I nostri amici hanno soggiornato in camere standard lamentandosi di spazi non molto grandi e una pulizia migliorabile.

Affascinante
Pros:

Albergo in zona centrale all'interno delle grotte. Camere bellissime molto affascinanti scavate nella pietra. Un pó piccole ma funzionali. Colazione turca che predilige salato di buona qualità ed abbondante. Bella la piscina e comodo il bar nel roof top.

Cons:

In bagno vi era cattivo odore di muffa appena si chiudeva la porta. Niente di particolarmente esagerato

The perfect stay in Cappadocia
Pros:

An absolutely fantastic stay - special shoutout to Amir who was the loveliest and so helpful. The rooms are so authentic and special. The poolside and terrace area was so relaxing. I really loved it.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like it, but just noting that since you're staying in a cave, there is less ventilation and rooms can get quite warm. We had a fan which did the trick though!
