Dohos, büdös volt. A csspok nem működtek, a jakuzzit nem lehetett használni. Az egész szálloda és az étterem is tele volt macskákkal.

Un buon compromesso
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione. Camera confortevole anche se come tripla, ci si aspettava fosse più grande ... non si è potuto mettere il letto per mio figlio. Considerando che è una località dove molte persone passano piu notti, onestamente dovrebbe esserci la possibilità di avere spazio sia x i letti sia x valige / abiti .
Bagno molto grande, prodotti bagno presenti.
Pulizia della camera avviene se richiesta.
Colazione ricca e mista tra dolce e salato.
Vista stupenda.

Pros:

Camera molto bella all’interno della roccia, pulita e spaziosa.
Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro di Goreme.

Cons:

Unica pecca, la navetta prenotata dall’hotel per il volo di ritorno ci stava portando all’aeroporto sbagliato, rischiando di perdere l’aereo.
Per fortuna controllando il navigatore durante il trasferimento siamo riusciti ad accorgercene.

Les terrasses avec de magnifiques vues ainsi que la piscine et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre troglodyte. Beaucoup trop sombre et humide même en été. Sensation d’étouffement avec un plafond très bas.
Manque de soin dans certaine partie commune ( ancienne wc qui traîne)

Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff were so lovely. Definitely worth the views from the Balcony room. The aircon was also a big plus.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t clean (I understand the nature of the cave room but there was still old chunks of hair on the shower floor). The bed was also broken on one side which made you sink into and there was no mini fridge to store anything.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great and friendly staff, I loved the views from the terraces and pool.

There was a strong detergent smell in the room that we needed to keep the fan on every time we were in the room to get rid of.

es war okkey für zwei nächte.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und das frühstück war sehr frisch differenziert und lecker. Die empfehlungen der mitarbeiter bezüglich heissluftballon und Restaurants waren perfekt.

Cons:

Trotz dem wissen das es ein höhlenzimmer ist waren wir nicht sehr begeistert das es so viel sand am boden hatte. Trotz mehrfacher hinweise auf eine schimmel allergie wurde das Badezimmer sehr dürftig gereinigt am abreise morgen war der Geruch kaum zu ertragen. Das badezimmer als solches war auch eher nur show im vergleich zur dusche die sehr lieblos was im vergleich zum restlichen badezimmer. der spiel im badezimmer war voll mit wasserflecken. und die Dusche sehr dreckig, die regendusche hat gar nicht funktioniert und es war alles in allem zu dunkel in der dusche, das badezimmer hat alles in allem eine schöne atmosphäre.

Der grösste negativ punkt war der Wirlpool im zimmer. beim einschalten der düssen sind uns sofort schwarze stückchen im wasser aufgefallen was ein bad darin unmöglich gemacht hat.

Leider hatte es auch sehr nach renovations arbeiten gewirkt die auch im frühling oder herbst in der zwischen saison hätten erledigt werden können.

Wir haben einen längeren moment gebrauch um das türschloss zu verstehen.

De kamers waren helaas niet erg hygiënisch. De kussens hadden een onaangename geur en de afvalbakken waren niet geleegd.

Un buen sitio para quedarse en goreme
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno el primer dia que llegamos que no nos correspondía pero como llegamos a la hora de desayunar nos ofrecieron tomarlo. El trato y la contratación de excursiones era muy comodo.

Hotel piccolo ottimo per gli spostarsi e shopping. Assolutamente insufficente come confort e pulizia
Pros:

in assoluto prima colazione, sempre molto fresca e abbondante, a patto di arrivare poco dopo l'apertura. Riguardo la piscina: è relativamente pulita, ma ha poco spazio a disposizione con poche sdraio.
La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza centrale e favorisce le passeggiate volte allo shopping.

Cons:

la cosa da migliorare in assoluto sono la climatizzazione delle stanze: ci sono appartamenti che sono forniti con delle torrette che dovrebbero fornire aria fredda, ma non lo fanno assolutamente. Oltretutto i filtri posteriori non venivano puliti da moltissimo tempo. Praticamente dormivi in una stanza calda e umida.
Altra cosa assolutamente deplorevole: i materassi. Sono molto vecchi e completamente sfondati!! Dopo quattro giorni di permanenza il mal di schiena è tornato!
Altra cosa assolutamente negativa: nella doccia erano presenti numerose macchie nere di muffa, come alla base dei vetri della stessa doccia!
