Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, especially during the winter season.
Pros:

The location was great, very close to the city centre. The staff was nice, and the room looked exactly like in the pictures.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel in March when the temperatures outside were below zero, and the room was extremely cold. The only way to warm it up was with the air conditioner because the heaters didn’t work. After staying in such cold conditions for two days, we ended up getting sick.

Additionally, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. Another issue was that the cleaning staff entered our room twice before the checkout time.

Alojamiento ideal para vivir la esencia de Capadocia
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. Nos alojamos en la Suite Presidencial; una pasada. El personal muy amable y el hotel, en general, precioso. Göreme es un pueblo pequeño, por lo que la ubicación es perfecta y se ven los globos desde la misma puerta de la habitación.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo (por las fechas no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina ni del bar al aire libre obviamente)
