Pros:

The breakfast is the best. Besides the location and staffs are also excellent.

Cons:

Smell of the room. But as it is cave, it is understandable.

Pros:

Le personnel est hyper hyper accueillant et peuvent vous aider avec vos activités. Je suis passée par leurs services et aucun regrets ! La chambre que j'ai réservée était hyper confortable !! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et typiquement local, ce qui est bien car il garde son authenticité (ne changez pas cela car c'est ce qui fait le charme d'un établissement à l'étranger) ! L'emplacement est bien aussi. J'ai pu marcher à pied vers le centre et revenir en toute sécurité (en tant que voyageuse solo femme c'est important comme info).

Pros:

El hotel es un verdadero 10/10, la ubicación excelente, las habitaciones amplias y limpias , pero lo que más destaco es la atención en recepción donde nos solucionaron todo , inclusive que tuvimos 3 días cancelación del globo aerostático y desde allí nos consiguieron otra empresa con cupos disponibles y pudimos volar y así cumplir con el cometido del viaje.

Нам с супругом очень понравился просторный, светлый номер с огромной кроватью, джакузи прямо в комнате у окна, удобными креслами и помещением для мыльного массажа! 😁

Overall, I do not have much to say, the setting is beautiful and picturesque, as is everything in that location.

Cons:

However, cleanliness is a major issue, an extremely serious one. The room was very dirty and also had an unbearable smell of mold.

We requested a room change, which was accepted. We were shown two alternative rooms, but they were in almost the same condition, so we decided to remain in the original one.

This issue is particularly serious, as prolonged exposure to mold can lead to respiratory problems. For this reason alone, the overall rating is significantly affected, which is quite unfortunate.

また行きたい、心からお勧めできるホテル
Pros:

アクセス、ホテルの敷地や部屋の広さ、朝食、スタッフの対応の全てが良いです！かなりお得なホテルです。
本物の洞窟の部屋に滞在しましたが、中は広かったです。
また、外の気温が3℃の日に宿泊しましたが、床暖房が付いていたからかとてもあたたかかったです。
ロケーションはギョレメの中心地で、歩いて街散策やレストラン、カフェ、お土産などを探しに行けます。
チェックアウトの後、スタッフにお願いをしてタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、とてもスムーズで次の場所へ行けました。
敷地内に猫がいてとても可愛く、癒されました。
大満足です！！

The location and nice personal staff.

Cons:

The mattress and the main bed frame were very loose. The extra bed sank to the floor with the slightest movement. We had two leaks in the ceiling, which we reported to the hotel, and their solution was to give us three beers. I hope they will find a solution to this for their futures visitors.

Great location, authentic cave stay
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, friendly and supported us in booking excursions and airport transfers. They made our visit very easy. The location is great with short walks to various restaurant and bar options, and a taxi rank close by. The cave room was cool and view from the rooftop was stunning.

Cons:

There was a strange smell from the bathroom which didn’t have a closed door

Pros:

The hotel is located very closer to the Goreme city and has an amazing view.You can watch hot air balloons from the balcony.They have a good spread of Turkish breakfast which were really delicious.Staff were friendly.

Cons:

We had booked a deluxe room and when we first arrived ,we were offered a room which had very bad lighting ,we could barely see anything inside the room and it wasn’t cleaned properly as well.We arrived there after a long day and unfortunately hot water didn’t work.Towels were very old and there was a big hole in one.We had to ask for another room and they offered us another which was much better.
