Lindo hotel en las cuevas
Pros:

La ubicación, tiene una terraza fantástica para ver los globos al amanecer. Contratamos con ellos la excursión y estaban más accesibles que por otro lado (tambien porque fuimos en semana santa). El personal muy amable. Nuestra habitación tenía chimenea y te ofrecer leña para un día, luego tenes que abonar.

Cons:

Se nota que está un poco abandonado, varias luces no funcionaban en nuestra habitación, la tabla del inodoro estaba rota, la piscina (abril) estaba toda negra. En un momento entró agua en nuestra habitación y nos mojó la ropa, pero pedimos más leña para prender la fogata y secar la ropa, nos la dieron sin cargo.

Falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones.
El desayuno muy escaso siempre faltan cosas y tardan o no las reponen. Café, huevo revuelto y otros.

Die Lage war gut und wir verbrachten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit in Göreme.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war gross und bot im Eingangsbereich Platz zum sitzen.

Cons:

Das Bett war unbequem und durchgelegen und der Kühlschrank ging nicht. Beides haben wir gemeldet - leider wurde nichts unternommen obwohl wir 4 Nächte dort waren. Die Sessel im Eingangsbereich waren fleckig.

Hotel Central, estilo caverna.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, bem central, várias lojas e restaurantes ao redor. O acesso ao hotel é bem fácil tambem. Quarto estilo caverna, confortatel. O café da manha tinha bastante variedade e estava delicioso.

Great hotel to see the hot air balloons near the hear of Goreme
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very helpful with early check-in, setting up airport transfers and local recommendations. The room had a balcony with an amazing view of the hot air balloons which we were very lucky to see as the weather was temperamental that week. Breakfast was also included and was a great option to have. Overall a great time!

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use for some renovation or upgrade.

Unless they upgrade all the facilities, keep it clean, hire more staffs. Its not worth to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was superb
Location is walking distance to Goreme town

Cons:

Due to lack of staff, rubbish was not cleared. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms was ok, another one was dusty. The swimming pool was dirty and abandoned. Other facilities also not taken care of.
The place is run down. Not as per photos shown. The only saviour was location, friendly receptionist n kitchen staffs who cooked delicious breakfast.

Lo bonito que era, lugar de ensueño

Cons:

Que las instalaciones no eran muy prácticas. Pilones sin que se fuese el agua y los lavabos perdían agua por abajo.

Bien ubicado pero necesita renovación

La ubicación en todo el centro del pueblo y personal magnífico, super amable y atento.

Cons:

La limpieza y la instalación deja mucho que desear, la arenilla de la cueva caía encima de la ropa, el baño está anticuado y bastante sucio. El colchón bastante pasado te clavabas los muelles.

Nice view and location
Pros:

The location was perfect, it is close to all restaurants and shops. Also the view from upstairs is absolutely stunning. Rooms are designed nicely to make you feel like you stay in the cave. Staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

First of all, cleanliness can be improved as well as breakfast should have more alternatives. Also there was no full-length mirror in our room…
