Zakros Hotel Lykia - Adults Only

Com relação a área comum: incrível! Lindo lugar, paisagem maravilhosa. Quarto terrível! Cama toda deformada, toalhas e roupa de cama manchadas, ar condicionado velho e barulhento… Parece que se preocupam muito mais com o “day use” do que com a “hotelaria”. Porém, o preço que se paga é para dormir, então, não faz sentido. E ainda ficaram bravos pois coloquei essas informações na avaliação do Google. Percebe-se o quanto estão preocupados somente com dinheiro ou atrair visitantes em seus eventos, do que com os hóspedes. Uma pena, o local do “hotel” é maravilhoso, teria vontade de ir mais vezes… mas não sei se volto.

Stunning Views, But Completely Ruined by Poor Management

during checkout, Sabriye Hanım pressed us for the extra guest payment — even though we had asked multiple times for an extra bed and never received a response. Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.

She is running this beautiful place the management, particularly Sabriye Hanım, completely overshadowed it.

My wife reached out to her in advance via WhatsApp to arrange a small birthday surprise — just a simple dessert and message like other hotels graciously provided. Instead, we were sent a $130 sunset dinner setup not including food. When we clarified that we only wanted a small gesture, we received no response at all.

Upon arrival, rather than welcoming us, her first comment was questioning whether we booked for two or three guests. A close friend had surprised us in Turkey and joined us at check-in. We were immediately told we needed to pay $75 extra for the additional guest. We agreed, but their card machine wasn’t working.

The issues didn’t stop there:
    •    Wi-Fi never worked, and despite asking Sabriye Hanım multiple times, she ignored us. We had to ask a bartender for help, but it was never resolved.
    •    Room issues included non-working lights, which required us to be issued a new key, and a bathroom full of ants and bugs, which we didn’t even complain about.
    •    The hotel is poorly maintained considering we paid $320 per night — expensive by Turkish standards.

Zakros is a little slice of heaven. My wife and I came for our honeymoon and will always treasure our time there.

Waking up every morning to see the Mediterranean was a gift, as was the jacuzzi/bathtub on the balcony where we watched sunset over the sea each day. The staff is wonderful and almost too attentive. We came from the USA and they were able to accommodate us in English. The room itself, while not super luxurious, was perfect for our needs: a solid step above glamping but not a full resort. Not only were the breakfasts delicious, but the view was excellent, too. The pool is, surprisingly, a welcome addition, as well.

Be aware that Zakros is fairly isolated, which in some ways is a blessing but also makes it hard to see the rest of the area. The staff can help arrange for taxies and boats for transportation to other beaches and towns but they add up and require cash.

Overall, we almost want to keep Zakros as our secret so that it won't be too busy when we come back. We loved it there and can't wait until next time!

We had a great weekend get away att Zakros. The location is amazing and the service is good, the food was a little bit disappointing though.

bellissimo resort nei pressi della Valle delle Farfalle a pochi minuti dalla localita Oludeniz.
Una ventina di camere con una vista stupenda sul mare per dei tramonti indimenticabili. Infinity pool magnifica, buono il ristorante e i servizi. torneremo sicuramente. consiglio di avere a disposizione un' automobile.

Otel konum ve hizmet olarak gayet başarılı ancak eşyalar cok eski olmakla birlikte temizlik orta seviye..

Otel konumundan dolayı yokuş çok fazla, yokuş konusunda sıkıntı yaşanmayacaksa gidilmeli ya da oda seçilmeli. Onun dışında doyamayacağınız bir manzara ve şahane yemekler mevcut

Hotel très joli en apparence mais il ne faut pas trop creuser.
Jaccuzzi à moitié cassé, pas d'eau chaude le soir : la réception n'est pas ouverte 24/24 il faut appeler un numero qui nous dit quil faut laisser couler l'eau 30 minutes pour qu'elle chauffe ou bien attendre le lendemain!!!
Le prix de la chambre n'est pas du tout justifié!!
dailleurs nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé.
Le restaurant est très bon mais beaucoup de moustiques, le petit dejeuner est maigre et mieux vaut vous lever tot sinon il ne reste rien.
La route pour acceder a lhotel est vraiment dangereuse
Bref je ne recommande pas, nous avons 100 fois prefere le Loft à oludeniz

Hotel num local lindíssimo, mas com estrutura mal conservada. Nos hospedamos no quarto Lilly, que era muito próximo ao mar. Algumas da lâmpadas não acendiam, a água quente nem sempre funcionava, e a torneira do chuveiro não mudava para a opção ducha por completo. Havia jardinagem mal feita, e isso aumentava a quantidade de mosquitos. Por último, aos serventes do hotel não eram oferecidas condições dignas de trabalho. Um camareiro estava varrendo com vassoura sem o cabo. Pedimos um ferro de passar roupa, levou mais de uma hora para ser entregue

The hotel itself is good, great location, nice rooms. But the service really needs to be improved: nobody to welcome us at the reception when we arrived at 16:00pm (we had to go to the restaurant to ask for our room). Then we asked for drinks at the pool bar… drinks arrived 45min later. And finally the breakfast (normally from 9:00 to 11:00am which is quite late) started at 09:20am. As we needed to leave early for personal reasons we informed the staff that we were in a rush… In the end we had to leave without taking our breakfast.

The wooden rooms smell damp. When I ask to upgrade the room, I was told that the room I asked is not available although it is shown available on Expedia. They offered me another room which costs almost USD 500 more. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay as I could not stand the smell and they did not refund money

Very cool property, excellent food, and lovely staff

The hotel is immersed in an incredible atmosphere.
The sea in front, green and flowers everywhere.
The service is great, the restaurant is just in front of the sea with a perfect view. The buffet in the morning is rich and well prepared.
There are different private areas to enter the sea for a swim. All of them of astonishing blue colour.
The room we reserved, a villa itself, is nicely designed, with the swimming pool in it. Wonderful concept and view on all the area. We were just a bit sorry for the bathroom as it was not perfectly clean as a place like this beautifulness around would require.
Overall an incredible experience, highly recommended for couples who want an exclusive and classy romantic time together.
