Only problem was trying to find where to check in!! You do not check in at the address on the website and there is nothing mentioned as to where to go. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. POST THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND ADDRESS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!!
Check in 在Luzernerhof飯店。
We booked an apartment and thought we can enjoy our last day in Luzern. Hotel charged us extra CHF50 for a kid and asked us to leave immediately without any refund if we did not pay that extra on top of the room cost. They requested us not to do cooking since we stayed only one day. It was the only bad experience ever in Switzerland.
The apartment was very difficult to find. we had no instructions to go to a hotel to blocks down the street to check in so we drug our luggage around for an hour looking for the apartment entrance after a taxi dropped is us at a locked door with no bell. When we had nearly abandoned our prepaid room, we were able to finally reach someone who cane to find us on the street. It was really bizarre and beyond frustrating. The apartment itself is nice and clean, but there are no amenities. Like bring your own water and ground coffee or you have to go down three stories and down the street. I would likely stay here again if I were staying a week or so and wanted to make meals.
