Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était propre, bien entretenue et conforme à la description. Le cadre est calme et agréable, idéal pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande sans hésitation et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Félicitations à l’hotel d’être aux normes internationales
Pros:

La propreté des locaux, le personnel attentif

Cons:

L’acceuil à la réception longue qui me donnait de remplir sur papier des informations que j’avais déjà rempli lors de la réservation en ligne.
Le canapé lit d’appoint oú l’oreillet peu confortable, j’ai eu mal au cou toute la journée du lendemain.

Pros:

All in all a very good experience. Location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. The facilities that were included in the price (Gym, Swimmingpool) were good and a very friendly athmosphere. The personell were nice and professionel.

Pros:

I like the breakfast probably the best in Cotonou. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The baggage handlers and shuttle drivers are decent and very helpful. The staff is attentive and helpful overall.

Cons:

The sound of music probably from Djabi lounge Friday night until 4-5am. The check-in procedure could be faster

Cons:

For a hotel of such standard, I found it unfortunate that guests had to beg for basic things like towels, hand towels and floor towel. And when you eventually called to ask that such basic items be provided, they brought one item, though I insisted that we were 2 guests in the room . It left much to be desired
