1) J’ai réservé une chambre pour deux personnes et le personnel l’a équipée pour une seule personne. Nous avons dû demander 3-4 fois pour que quelqu’un réagisse.
2) Voir un cafard un soir dans sa chambre et en parler au personnel de nuit, mais ne pas recevoir de réaction rassurante de sa part.
3) C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de balcon dans les chambres.
4) Nous avons dû changer nos cartes/clés de chambre plus de 5 fois. Pour un séjour de 7 nuits, cela fait beaucoup.

Le service de chambre. Je trouve qu’un hôtel de cette dimension devrait mettre à disposition de ses clients des machines à café et du bon café en lieu et place de deux sticks de Nescafé qui coute 25 ou 50 fr.

Les équipements de la douche ne sont pas toujours fonctionnels. La porte de la douche ferme difficilement.
The hotel is in an amazing location, which was beautiful with a direct view of the famous Amazon statue. I loved the welcome message on the TV when I first got to the room. That was a nice touch.
It would be nice to have various charger types for the outlet since this hotel seems to cater to an international crowd. I had to go to the local store and buy an adapter because the one that I had was not compatible with what was in the room. Also, housekeeping should check hand soap body wash, etc, when preparing a room. I had to call and ask for these to be refilled because they were empty upon arrival.
