Guissepe was fantastic. He really went above and beyond to help me out with my check in. He really saved the day. You need to hire more people like him. He showed compassion and professional professionalism, and assisted me in a time of need.
10/10 experience. Raymond was the best and was able to help us with getting a room last minute to accommodate myself, my kids and sisters. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. Amazing staff, spacious clean rooms, and fun atmosphere. Hugo is a one of a kind bartender, don’t miss the opportunity to try his espresso martinis haha. Everyone was great and we will definitely be choosing hotel indigo when we are in the city.

The staff is very nice & helpful with upscale appearance from the lobby and exterior building, but the rooms could use updating for the amount of money they charge. Edges of bed and furniture are torn apart as well as bottom mattress/box spring is absolutely filthy upon walking in the room. 20% gratuity added to your purchase at the bar no matter what you order.

Really enjoyed my two-night stay here. One of the highlights was the restaurant crew! Nancy and team were so attentive, kind, and made great conversation. Hands down the best service I’ve received on my trip so far!
We attended an event hosted and Dj ChalrsBryanLAX. The event was amazing and the service was awesome. Saul served us with a welcoming and extremely friendly attitude. I would recommend this venue.
This hotel is a disaster from start to finish. The room was digesting and stained. Was so grossed I left and wasted my reservation rather than stay there. Also be aware that the hotel will not upgrade your room, even when upgrades are available, bc they will give some excuse abt certain rooms being premium rooms. In sum, terrible service, terrible room, terrible experience. You couldn’t pay me to set foot here again.
atmosphere amazing food pretty great for a hotel nancy was our server she was AMAZING! all the bar staff hugo and mila were also really amazing through my stay would sty here again and eat every meal here!
The staff was friendly, clean rooms and hotel. Our waitress at the hotel restaurant Nancy was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. Outside was well kept and inviting.
It made the trip relaxing and enjoyable.
Food was excellent. Our server was excellent- upbeat, polite and extremely professional. So good we went back for a second night. Highly recommended.
