Indigo has the most caring staff. I was there for 4 nights and felt completely pampered. The restaurant also has delicious food and room service that is so accommodating.
Everyone who works at the Indigo is super friendly and charming. Loved the front desk folks and the people who work at the restaurant.
Nothing really. DTLA is a little rough but that isn't Indigo's fault. There are tons of amazing restaurants around. Just be smart and big city-wise. Also I know LA folks dont do public transit but the public transit is right there and great.
I booked this hotel for my 40th birthday to stay after the World Cup game at Sofi. I spent one week at an expensive resort the week prior and was treated better in a 24 hour span here, than my whole week vacation. The hotel is beautiful and very inviting. Let’s start with the bar staff. Saul was so friendly and attentive and a damn good bartender! He also served us at the pool the next day which was so fun and we felt so catered to there. Man he handled the pool crowd so well, and was extremely busy most of the day, but always had a smile on. We also met Raymond who was so attentive, and as a manger he made sure all his staff was taken care of. He made sure we were happy and had all we needed during our stay. Even at the pool, in the midst of being extremely busy, he made time to check in us to make sure we were good. Nancy was also such a pleasure to meet. The customer service was impecable. Her energy and positivity was great to see and she kept that energy even when she was really busy. The kindness and hospitality this place showed us was unmatched. We will continue to come back to this hotel for our short visits to Los Angeles or for an occasional pool party day. Thank you Raymond, Saul, and Nancy for making my birthday so very special. See you soon!

As a family of five, we booked two rooms for our stay. Although I requested adjoining rooms before arrival, the request was not noted at check-in. The front desk agent was eventually able to provide connecting rooms.
The rooms were disappointing and appeared poorly maintained. The floors were peeling, the bed frame upholstery was torn, much of the furniture was damaged, and one room’s air conditioner was leaking water. While the bathrooms seemed to be in better condition, the rest of the rooms did not reflect what we were told were recently renovated accommodations.
I reported these concerns to the front desk and was told the issue would be discussed with management. However, no follow-up occurred that evening. The next day, the agent explained that he had not followed up and suggested I speak directly with the manager, but she was unavailable at the time and I was unable to wait due to prior plans.
Ultimately, our concerns were never addressed, and the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in resolving the issues. I am attaching photos so future guests can judge the room conditions for themselves before booking.
Alet helped us in the time we really needed it. Our room was being renovated at the other tower and needed a quick place to work. Alet gave us the perfect room we needed to do our work. My wife and I received prompt help with the most consideration.
I had a great experience at the indigo I loved the atmosphere there was a dj in the lobby on Friday night it to liven up the vibe a bit and people were loving it! Lorenzo the assistant front desk manager was an amazing person to be welcomed and checked in by made me feel at home! I will definitely be back 👏👍
La habitacion
No habia piscina en el hotel y no estaba y el 18 piso donde esta la disco solo estaba reservado así que fue fatal! Y aparte me cobraron 98 por el desayuno cuando se suponia que tenia derecho a 80 dolares y no me reembolsaron el dinero de el desayuno me lo cobraron! Y el muchacho me dijo que no se me iba a tocar y fue una mentira si me descontaron el desayuno todo fue pèsimo! Y tenias que ir a otra piscina y no brindaban transporte en mi experiencia fuè fatal no lo recomiendo hay mejores lugares que este

Close to Crypto and many restaurants nearby - we were able to walk to our game. Room was very nice, clean - modern!
I really enjoyed my stay here. I love the decor and the room was nice and spacious. I went to the bar on the 18th floor which was quiet but the staff were lovely and the drinks were well made.
Property is clean and rooms are upgraded and nice.
I arrived early after an overnight flight from the east coast, Andy at the front desk was able to get me check in early so I could rest and shower and not have to wait aimlessly until check in time.
