Pros:

Nice, clean and comfortable

Cons:

GPS / Siri didn't have accurate information of where hotel was located, send us to wrong exit off I-10 resulting in seach after dark for hotel.

Also only 2 towels and wash cloths for a room with 4 guests

Easy access from I-10, friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

They don’t have in room coffee, it’s a deal breaker for me. Apparently IHG is forcing this policy. I won’t be using IHG locations in the future.

Maybe have staff be more helpful and have some options for travelers that don't k ow the area.

Did not end up here, but didn't like it

Cons:

Elevators didn't work. Girl said she didn't j iw when they would be fixed. My husband is handicapped and could not do stairs. She didn't really have any answers for us. We went next door.

Elevator was out of service, had to lug my stuff up to the 3rd floor, no offer to help by the staff, no offer of a discount for the inconvenience. This was the 2nd time in a year that I've stayed there when the elevator was broken.

Good place to stay on the 10 freeway.
Pros:

Clean, looked new or recently renovated. Receptionist pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and exhaust fan in bathroom worked well. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was better than most.

Cons:

Room was a bit small for two people and there luggage.
