The room was adequate, and the hotel was in a perfect location, with just a 10 minute walk to the High St. Plenty of parking space and pleasant breakfast room.
Be careful if you use Booking.com to book the hotel, in that it indicates in at least two places that a full English breakfast is included in the price. It isn't, see the small print, and note there is no upgrade from continental to Full English, you pay as if there was no breakfast included. I am sure this will be corrected on the website very soon so that there is no confusion.
Nice hotel, nice area, good location to visit the Natural Park and Kew Gardens.
Top importance...supernoicy due the aeroport. I couldn't sleep from 5.00am. also the breakfast is too late...had to wait from 5.00h till 8.30h to eat something and leave.
The shower was clean but not well maintained..there were black stains of humidity on it.
The first day, the girl from breakfast told us the coffee were free and we could ask for more than one. Next day, the guy told us we had to pay for it.
The Victoria has so much charm. I loved the outside area of the Pub; it was beautiful and empty in the mornings, it is close to many cafes and businesses, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
This is to be expected but there was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot even at night but there is a fan provided.

It was in a residencial area with easy access to main road with public transport and plenty of great places to eat.
Although it was part of a pub, the pub environment was very calm and it was peaceful at night.
Lovely old style pub in a lovely area. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made our stay a breeze. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was comfy so we had a great nights sleep.
The included breakfast wasn’t our favourite but we managed to eat some of it. I think the fruit was tinned as it didn’t taste fresh.

Very friendly staff, lovely, newly refurbished room with very smart decor. A real bonus to have the continental breakfast included in the price. The putdoor dining area is lovely. A great find; would definitely go back!

We were attending a wedding in Richmond park so needed two nights to sleep and get ready. It’s worth staying this side of Richmond park as I think the price point was great for what the room was and the pub offered and was only a short 10 min uber to the wedding or a nice 40 min walk back of an evening which is quite nice.
The room and bathroom was spotless! Water, tea and coffee is in the room. The bed was comfy the bathroom had a nice powerful shower. Calm decor and no issues at all. Staff were all very friendly and polite, well presented and available when needed. Worth noting there isn’t staff 24 hours a day which wasn’t an issue for us at all and completely understandable but you do have 24 hour acaess to the rooms round the side of the pub oh and free parking is a huge huge huge bonus!!
Check in staff could have a little better training on where the side gate is when the pub is closed. We had to work it out after the wedding late at night.
There is a fan in the room but it was very hot at night and it is under the flight path

Everything! Lovely pub in quiet location. Nicely decorated & clean room. Staff very helpful & friendly. Continental breakfast really good & food at dinner was excellent.

Great stay at the Victoria, only complaint is could of done with air conditioning as we stayed during an exceptional heatwave. But otherwise all facilities met with expectations. Shout out to the brilliant complementary breakfast which we had in the wonderful beer garden.
