Great location. Lovely room
Location. It had potential to be fantastic.
There were no towels when we arrived, internet was not working and 5G was poor. Management/services were uncontactable at 4:30pm Tuesday. Management did respond to email apologetically the next morning and towels were brought. The restaurant only open on weekends which left very few options in Montville on a week night.
Well I didn’t get what I booked, I booked for a view and an outdoor bathtub - I was told there’s an issue with my room and I didn’t even stay at the hotel

Great spacious room, comfortable bed, lovely view, very clean and well presented
The bathroom layout - no privacy when on the loo.
Prime spot, views are spectacular. Spa bath with a view is quite something and the heater for cold winter nights a supe plus!
It was a bit pricey. Sure its a good spot with a good view and the unit is not bad at all, but it remains somewhat expensive, escecially considering we went out of season on a quiet time. I guess you pay for the view and a quality room with fireplace.and jacuzzi.

no walking access to the road except around back of building thru carpark and driveway.
Nice and room, good size living area, dining area. Toilet separate to the bathroom, which is good. Decent size bedrooms.
No onsite dining facilities. The distillery that is connected wasn't open during the week at all.

Bed was comfortable although very dark room.
Couldn’t handle all the stairs and felt locked in. Not able to negotiate the stairs with heart conditions so had to leave early. No instructions for operating TV or dining suggestions.

The shower in disabled access room does not drain properly - quick fix - provide more bath towels or bath mats to sop up water
It was in a beautiful location and I loved the lighting in the room not too bright and had a beautiful bath after a rainforest waterfall walk and dinner with old friends. The person who directed me to my room was clear and good direction s and ample safe parking
