Pros:

Good location, walking distance to Sunway Pyramid

Cons:

The attitude of staff was really bad. We went to get breakfast at 9:50 but one of the staff told us they had already finished even though it's supposed to be until 10 am. We had to have the worst feeling every morning to get through the cafe on the ground floor. The AC in our room suddenly stopped at midnight and every time it happened we had to go downstairs to bring the staff because they don't take our call as well. They were playing the background music so loud that I think they're trying to get us to leave quickly. Overall it was terrible, even considering how cheap it was. Definitely do not recommend staying.

Clean, nice and good location just need some work

The AC needs some works dirty filter and blower is choked only left some air on the side and Jess to set to maximum in order to achieve it coolness this waste of electricity.
Door closer is leaking oil door slammed very hard this needs to replacement.
Also can smell some cigarette smell.

Breakfast is tasty.

Cons:

Some dust came out from aircon blower unit suspect long time never do cleaning.
Hair dryer socket repaired just by using wiring black tape.
Closing door noise next door can be disturbing. Especially during midnight.
