Wonderful, Beautiful - one of the best stays I ever had.
Pros:

The Breakfast was just amazing! What a great choice. I choose different options both mornings and they were absolutely delicious!

Cons:

I loved everything and I hope to come back. However, if I had one quibble, it would be the price of food in the bar. The starters are overpriced. However - I had no such problem with the Adrift fine dining restaurant. It was incredible. Worth every penny! I must mention all the staff who went above and beyond at every turn.

Nice choice hotel but is 4 kms from town
Pros:

Room. facilities and food were good. Particularly like breakfast. The hotel is a about 4kms out of Condakilty. Own transport recommended

Dieses Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung, hier passt einfach alles. Man fühlt sich trotz gehobenem Standard sehr wohl, da alles sehr leger ist. Sehr netter Empfang, die junge Dame hat sogar deutsch gesprochen. Das Essen in der Bar war auch sehr lecker. Die Terrasse mit kleiner Pizzeria ist mega schön. Wenn es ein perfektes Hotel gibt, dann ist es Dunmore House Hotel.

A peaceful setting and gem of a hotel
Pros:

Stunning location and very peaceful. The views from the hotel are unmatched. Food delicious. The pizza bar is a great addition. Front of house were very pleasant and breakfast staff were exceptional, so friendly and warm. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this wonderful hotel.

Cons:

The door lock of my room would catch whenever another door on the corridor opened of closed. This led to a loud banging sound each time, and unfortunately disrupted my sleep quite a lot.
The bar staff appeared under pressure and it felt like an inconvenience to order a drink.

Seaside dream hotel
Pros:

Outstanding views! Right on the sea. Beautiful gardens. Amazing meals
Friendly helpful staff. I could have stayed longer. Really fantastic

Cons:

Small rooms. No elevator so a little hard on the elderly. But staff will make accommodations and take care of you

Amazing from start to finish
Pros:

There was nothing I could fault. The rooms were beautiful with high quality bed linen, towels and robes. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner etc and smelt divine. Room was sparkling clean (shoutout to cleaning staff - haven’t seen such attention to detail ever). The staff were laid back and so welcoming. It was like going home to home. The location was amazing. I’ve often stayed near to Dunmore House but I will never stay anywhere else but here when I return to Clonakilty. The breakfast was amazing too. Cooked to order and a wonderful selection of local produce. Breakfast room was overlooking the most stunning scenery. It was so good I booked again for 2 nights in August. A huge “go raibh míle maith agaibh” to this wonderful family run hotel.
