Travelodge London Greenwich

The First Lady at the bar was beyond rude however Bala who was on the shift after made up for that ten fold she was friendly and helpful and just so lovely an absolute credit to the company!

Excellent location. The room was super comfortable but most importantly, Carla was fantastic, such a lovely personality and very helpful.

Perfect stay! Big clean rooms, perfect location, value for money and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend staying. Big thanks to Maranda and Wizz, super friendly and helpful staff!

A solid, reliable Travelodge that’s ideal for a short stay. It’s perfectly located with easy access to the DLR as well as Greenwich, Deptford and Deptford Bridge stations, which makes getting around really convenient.

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and a special mention goes to Carla who is always positive, welcoming, and a great host to arrive to. She really makes a difference to the stay.

The room was nice and the staff members on shift; Lisa and Crystelle were very friendly and welcoming. They made our visit a million times better. Very good team!

I had a great time staying over the weekend and the manager, Maranda was very warm and accommodating! She made sure the process for extending my bookings for another night was very seamless! I would totally recommend for anyone looking to visit Greenwich and its environs!

This hotel was one of the best Travelodge I've been in and I've used them all over the country. I don't normally leave reviews but special mention to the lovely Carla who checked us in, she was so helpful and welcoming, thanks very much 😊

The location was great, right next to the DLR station and bus stop. Also a coop nextdoor. The room was fine, just what I expected. Clean and basic. The reason I wanted to trip adviser this was because the staff were so friendly and helpful - giving a shout out to Wiz who went out of his way to help me with directions. He was very welcoming and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease (even though I was quite stressed when I arrived). I booked the breakfast and for me it was a waste of money. The coffee was dreadful and the hot water to make tea tasted bad. I'm vegan so there wasn't much I could select - maybe adequate for meat eaters. All I wanted was a decent coffee really so wouldn't book again.

No carpark staff awful food terrible .breakfast was awful stale food with fruit flys on fruit salad .no variety ran out of everything never replaced items when it had all gone .no fruit juice waste of money location is awful noisy all night miles from anything .had to pay for Uber to get to a carpark as at least 20 minutes walk away .would recommend not to stay here

The service is freaking amazing. They are so helpful and professional! I'm sure I will be back to this hotel !

We recently spent a few nights at the Travelodge Greenwich, Blackheath Rd.
As a couple we don't usually do reviews. But,
there are exceptions and on this occasion the exception was Maranda (if not then should be Manager.
We were not particularly special customers in any which way.
But how she and her staff treated us made us feel special..
Very polite (expected), Worked through any and all problems professionally Yet with care and patience.

Stayed here as was attending an event at the 02. Hotel was very clean as was my room. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in room 602 which I had pre selected before arrival, great room with a lovely view.
Right next to the DLR Deptford Bridge stop and many bus stops available to take you into central London and surrounding areas. Will most definitely be retuning.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Nicely decorated, large clean comfortable rooms. Staff excellent. Food very good. Sadia on reception gave a friendly and professional welcome, remembered name throughout my stay making me feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again.

All the double rooms face the main road, so they’re very noisy and mine also smelled bad. I asked for a higher floor, but the staff refused to offer one. The service here is terrible. When I checked in, the room had a strong unpleasant odour; I had to open the window to air it out, but then it became unbearably noisy even with the window closed. To make things worse, they placed me right in front of the exit door, so I kept hearing it open and close all night. It was the worst room and the worst experience I’ve ever had. I sat near the table to see if it was just me she didn’t want to offer a higher floor to. When one of the guests checked in, she offered them between the 1st, 2nd, and 6th floors like, is this a joke? That’s when I knew she was never being honest. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and the first time I dealt with her, she was already on a power trip. And the water pressure in my room was so low! The button to turn it on and off made no sense you actually had to keep it in the middle to get the water running. I stayed in Room 101, so if anyone else gets that room, good luck 😂 RIP you!

I stayed from Sunday to Thursday and there was not one thing I can complain about. All staff are just wonderful and so accommodating. Cleaning staff are amazing! On time, cleans are perfect. Rooms just the right size! Tea and coffee included!
I will be coming back here for sure!

Sadia is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. (Even If that means a hot chocolate with whipped cream every night :). Thank you all you are awesome. 😊

We had a really nice stay at Travelodge Greenwich. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location very convenient. Sadia was amazing — so kind and welcoming, she really made us feel at home. Overall, a good experience and great value for money!
