Great dinner options. I got the cheeseburger, and it tastes like home. Great beer options too. And the staff are above and beyond.

Kande’s food is absolutely amazing she was very attentive and understanding such an asset to this company. Will definitely come back again.

Booked for its proximity to Victoria Station and tram links, was not expecting a bedroom overlooking Strangeways prison! However thats on me as should have checked the map first. Room was clean and was spacious enough for two, some issues with the water pressure in the shower and the automatic sliding doors into the hotel were temperamental. Unlimited breakfast was great value, wonderful service from Ola and Alissa.

Hotel is nice and friendly.Most of the staff here are very nice, specially mention here are Jack and Candy,very welcoming, friendly and super helpful,a credit to the hotel.Recommrnded.

Went to drop off a friend at Travelodge Manchester Central Arena, but unfortunately the online booking was not working. At 11:30 PM, I thought my friend was about to sleep on the street, but thanks to Oana, Owen, and Ciaran, my friend managed to secure a room. This trio was absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to make it happen. This made me think that we can still believe in humanity. Thank you, Oana, Owen, and Ciaran.

Friendly staff and great food — what’s not to like! Try the bangers and mash

The atmosphere is very warm and positive at this travelodge, the staff smile and help alot and the all day breakfast was delicious. Notably Kayleigh was lovely in the cafe and didn't rush us through the experience.

Have stayed at this location previously good rooms but the star of the show has to be kayleigh serving breakfast with a smile whatever she is paid needs doubling absolutey amazing service couldnt be more helpful and professional such a credit to the business a shining example of ecellent customer service

Lovely hotel. Welcoming staff, clean rooms. Kayleigh at breakfast was very lovely and attentive. Deserve recognition. Stop here on occasion and it is my favorite Travelodge to stay in at Manchester. Also teiyyana had cleaned our room very clean and tidy. Thank you for a lovely stay

Rooms are nice a clean, good location and not far from central Manchester. Friday and Saturday the bar was quite full which made it a bit noisier but I wouldn’t worry you can’t here it from your room.

Nice spacious rooms, calm area as also rooms.
Great breakfast where you can eat as much as you can.
Can only recommend. Really great

Outstanding staff and perfect location

We’ve had a really positive experience at Manchester Central (Ducie Street). Claire and Danielle on reception, along with Kayleigh on the bar, are always willing to help, no matter how small or trivial the request, and they do it with a genuine smile every time.
The manager, Nikola, has been extremely accommodating. While we’ve been in limbo not knowing whether our booking would be extended, she has consistently ensured we’ve been able to remain in the same room, avoiding any inconvenience or disruption. That level of care has made a huge difference to our stay.
We’re staying here until February and, honestly, we’ll really miss the staff when we move on. They’ve made what could have been a stressful time feel far more settled and positive. Also a mention to the friendly cleaning staff who always go out of their way to ensure our needs are met.

I’ve already recommended this hotel to many friends. The location is perfect and, despite being so central, there have been no issues with noise at all.
