Travelodge London Bethnel Green

Area was typical East London with access to restaurants etc. Room was basic but clean. Slightly lumpy pillow. There is some noise from the trains, but it didn't affect me. Staff were so lovely, friendly to talk to and went out of their way.

Ask for the super room, they have an iron :)

Location was easy to find.

I checked in after a long drive, feeling pretty tired, and she was just so lovely—really efficient but also genuinely friendly and warm. We actually ended up having a proper laugh because I was quietly singing Robbie Williams’ ‘Feels’ to myself (it’s a proper earworm!) and she caught me. It was just one of those silly, human moments that made me feel right at home instead of just another customer.

Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she has that brilliant knack of making everything feel easy. People like Deane really make your stay. She’s a total credit to your team.

Easy to book, staff was very helpful and professional, especially Dionne. She made sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel was clean, quiet and above my expectations. I highly recommend and will go back again.

We always stay at Travelodge Bethnal Green when visiting London. It is a few minutes walk from the Central Line Underground station and local bus stops are right outside on the main road. We cannot praise the staff highly enough, Deanne, Will, Michelle and Karen looked after us as they always do. Nothing was too much trouble and the conversation was always so friendly and good making you feel really at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I was impressed with this hotel. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Excellent customer service from Michelle, Karen and the other staff. Breakfast was really good. Honestly for the price it was amazing. I will stay there again and can recommend it.

I stayed here with my mum and I had a very pleasant stay at the Bethnal Green Travelodge. The staff were absolutely lovely (especially a shout out to Karen and Mali!) and made me feel right at home. They provided great care and service.

The rooms were clean and I was provided a hairdryer at reception after asking for one, and they were there for anything else we needed.

For being the first stop in zone 2, it was very competitively priced and well placed. I'd only argue that there can be a bit of noise from the trains travelling nearby, but I'm not particularly affected by occasional noise so was no trouble for me.

Karen and Michelle was lovely with pouring our amazing pints, with a nice atmosphere and brilliant conversion and service

Clean and comfortable stay. I need to mention the staff Donnette and Mali they are very friendly and helpful to assist in the booking desk

Just an overnight stay close to an evening party event,stayed in room 516 facing the park,nice and clean/quiet.
Had breakfast ,which was good,Michelle and Karen looked after us well.

I had a terrible experience s staying at central London travelodge .In particular with the rude night staff and security guard however I have had a wonderful experience with the staff at Bethnal Green , the ladies in question Deanne & Ilham could not have done more for me . She went above and beyond for me and as made me change my mind about travelodge . They are a credit to your business and wonderful woman aswell .

I enjoyed an excellent couple of nights accommodation which I would fully recommend. Karen and her colleagues on reception were warm and welcoming and I felt very much at home. My room was clean and quiet with everything I needed. The location was ideal for central London, just a few stops away on the Central Line and was excellent value for money. The amenities were fine and the unlimited breakfast provided the perfect start to the day. I would certainly stay here again on future trips to London. Thank you !

Super helpful staff, very convenient for tube, and, at the end of a long journey, essential to have intelligent, articulate reception staff, (Especially ILHAM - ask for her!) to respond to your requests and even think of things that you might not....
