Travelodge London Woolwich

We are currently staying at the Woolwich branch.

The staffs are helpful and always trying to make our stay comfortable.
We had to change rooms due to our stay being extended and the lady at the reception was kind enough to get us into the new room without having to wait till check out time.

Breakfast is good, dinner menu is limited and sometimes they don’t have all the foodstuff available.

NOT A SAFE HOTEL! AVOID!
Arrived on a Friday at 5pm to check in. As soon as I entered and got served by a staff member I was stopped so that they could tell 2 people that 1 was banned. Both were intoxicated with alcohol and drugs it seemed. This argument went on for 10 minutes with 3 staff members joining the argument whilst I was trying to check in. Once they followed one out of the building in to the back end car park area the other went in a lift I finally got my key card. Went up to my room to find holes in the carpet and noise happening around. Then car alarms started to go off in the car park, once again not feeling safe. Turns out they house people in the hotel and take their priority over paying guests after making a complaint. Left within an hour, took the car and booked in elsewhere. Would avoid for safety for yourself and especially for families visiting.

Tolu was very helpful in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She recommended places in the area to eat/hang out in as I was new to area. Rooms were clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the new manager, Wesley, who was brought in during my stay. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his excellent customer service. He was polite, proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented. His arrival had an immediate positive impact, which contributed significantly to making my family's stay comfortable.

I stayed at travelodge Woolwich for 4 nights, I must say I felt very welcomed from the second I got in by Wesley, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, smelled fresh aswell the staff were very lovely especially Saru! Thank you all

Temperature in the room was so conducive. Loved the drinks served. Definitely would be coming back. The choicest lodge in this side of town

Tolu is my best person in Travelodge woolwich, she's always smiling and ready to help, Her customer service is topnotch and I am sure she would go very far in life with her positive attitude towards her work.

Had the best experience checking in by the receptionist Zian, it’s been a few years since I have been here and she gave me the warmest welcome and let me know what’s changed. She was very professional & engaged in conversation with me which most receptionist don’t really do.

Very welcomed atmosphere, easily accessible stores and shops , very approachable and hospitable customer service person " Tolu " very helpful and detailed, rooms were clean and tidy , she help providing a spare heater to quickly heat up the room as it was very cold on entering , quick spacious need time for the heating to go round ,every thing was fine , the breakfast was wonderful, proper English breakfast and was on point, it was great value for money.

My experience at this Travelodge was exceptional from the comfortability of the rooms to the amazing staff they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy.

I had a great stay at Travelodge. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. What really made the experience stand out was the excellent service from Wesley. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about guests.
