Rosalina is an exceptional member of the kitchen team. She is kind, patient, and always respectful of my requests. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhance the experience, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. I really appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would especially like to thank Rosalina. She works in the kitchen and is an incredibly kind, caring, and professional person who treats guests with genuine warmth and respect.

Her friendly attitude and positive energy made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only excellent at their job but also such a genuinely good human being.

Rosalina is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate her kindness and support. I highly recommend this hotel because of staff members like her.

arrived at woolwich travelodge without booking. i met thelovely staff ade who helped me with my booking. the roomswasvery clean worth every penny great location and friendly staff they pay attention to every detail. will def recommend and be back. thank youwonderful team!!

Handy location 5 min walk from tube station . Clean room . Only downside was rubbish all over car park

The room was clean and tidy. There is a nice atmosphere generated by the staff. Sainath helped me get onto the WiFi which a lady of my ripe old age does rely on the younger generation. Later on the same evening Zameer was more than happy to help me. The bar staff were very attentive too. Overall I felt I received value for money with my stay and the service provided.

At arrival 15 min before checking in I was made aware that I needed to wait till 3 pm for check in, at 3pm my room was still not cleaned until 3:45 when a very helpful staff member “Tolu” managed to get the room sorted and gave me a complimentary drink for the wait. Her help was really appreciated. Thank you

It's a more affordable hotel if you compare prices, but it's definitely worth recommending. Friendly welcome. Breakfast is basic but perfectly fine. Close to the metro and bus station.

Every member of staff excellent from check in to check out. Room change for noisy fan - no problem. Michelle at breakfast, thank you. Front line staff Ade, thanks for all help and big thank you to Zian who helped me with directions everywhere while still attending needs of other guests, thank you.

Long wait to check in as people in front found someone else in their room!!!
My friend had organised an early room for us to keep luggage as we had a festival to attend but reception booked me in & said I could collect keys on return that evening athough it would be after midnight. When we got back the hotel had given away my room & told me there were no other rooms available!!!! Of course I was shocked & after a lot of stress eventually they put me in a small family room. The next morning I was told I would have to leave that room & move into a double. This all took a long time & impacted on my weekend. Staff were pretty useless & new room was dirty &dingy. Have NEVER had this expensive a hotel before & I won't stay there ever again & not even worth 1 star!!!!!!!!

Friendly and efficient check in. Tolu very welcoming and gave plenty of information. Room was clean and comfortable, decent shower and toiletries.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Pratiksha for her excellent service. She is extremely kind, respectful, and always willing to help everyone.

She answers questions with patience and care, and her friendly attitude makes guests feel very comfortable and welcome. It is clear that she truly cares about helping people.

Because of staff members like Pratiksha, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The services are very poor. The rooms are not cleaned daily nor beds made or towels changed. Hotel management is almost non- Responsive to issues as the hotel is short-staffed. They don’t really care about guest comfort. We were there a whole week for our church convention. Our room was not cleaned at all nor bedsheet changed during our stay at the hotel.

Tolu was a fantastic host, she made me feel welcome from the moment in stepped in, going above and beyond. I highly commend her.
