Pros:

Недавно останавливались в Отель «Казахстан» и остались очень довольны! С первых минут чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса — персонал внимательный, вежливый и всегда готов помочь.

Особенно порадовала чистота: номер был идеально убран, всё аккуратно и свежо, уборка проводилась регулярно и качественно. Отдельное спасибо за питание — еда вкусная, разнообразная, всё приготовлено с душой.

Очень приятно, что сотрудники идут навстречу гостям: по нашей просьбе нам без проблем продлили номер на час, что было очень удобно. Все наши пожелания и просьбы выполнялись быстро и без лишних вопросов.

В целом остались только положительные впечатления — комфорт, сервис и атмосфера на высоте. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель!

Думаю персонал мог бы поздравить с днем рождения) в день заселения у меня было день рождения. Для клиента это приятно.
Поэтому считаю что на такие вещи персонал на ресепшен должен обращать внимание.

It was very good experience.
Pros:

Location is amazing, breakfast was delicious

Cons:

The carpet didn’t seem to be properly vacuumed.

The hairdryer in the rooms was of poor quality,
the hangers in the rooms were broken,
and the trash bin was difficult to open.

There was renovation work going on at the hotel, and the noise was a bit disturbing.
