Все прекрасно
Pros:

Все чисто, уютно, в номере все необходимое, туалетные принадлежности, чайник, вода, халаты, номер небольшой, но уютный. Постель прекрасна, удобные матрас и подушки, белье-идеальное. На завтрак не попали- снимали отель между пересадками на самолет, рано выехали, хотя завтрак подают с 6 утра. Выспались и отдохнули за 6 часов. Вид красивый на горы. Рядом магазин, в отеле внизу бар, на 24-м этаже ресторан с панорамным видом. От аэропорта не в час пик 20-25 минут на автомобиле. Однозначно рекомендую и если будем еще в Алматы, то выберем этот отель опять.

Cons:

У входа не встречают и не помогают с багажом, у нас были два тяжелых чемодана, пришлось самим тащить их по лестнице до лифта. И из номера обратно до выхода.

Слишком переоцененный отель.
Pros:

Безусловно отличное месторасположение. Красивый холл, достаточное количество лифтов, хороший WiFi, много бутылок питьевой воды в номере. Свежий ремонт.

Cons:

Отель откровенно не соответствует своей цене, во всем что-то не то. Начну с того, что семейный номер - это 2 микроскопические комнаты, размером, примерно с размер кровати. Мест для хранения вещей просто нет. В номере свежий ремонт, но старые советские грязные батареи которые невозможно отключить, прикрыты грязными же деревянными экранами. Нормальной вентиляции нет, в номере очень душно. Телефон в номере есть, но никаких обозначений, как позвонить в room service или куда-то еще, нет. В душе есть баночки с шампунем/гелем, но они микроскопического размера, пользоваться неудобно. На завтраке вроде всего полно, но кушать толком нечего (в бизнес зале аэропорта Алматы еда оказалась вкуснее и выбор интереснее). Примерно 15 телефонных звонков (по сотовой связи, ибо из номера непонятно как звонить) и час ожидания потребовалось, чтобы получить ведро со льдом под игристое. И так во всем. Это отель - твердые 3 звезды за половину от той цены, что за него просят.

Gün içinde inşaat resterasyon işleri devam ediyor kapatıp yenilenip açılması doğrusu olur
Sıcak su gelsin diye 10 dk bekledim
Ayrılacağım sabah sabah 05:00 hiç sıcak su gelmedi
