Newly Renovated rooms have excellent views, good AC and new bedroom equipments.
Pros:

Excellent location. It’s one of the monuments of Almaty and perfect stay location for visitors. Mr Zhanpolat from Hotel Front-office is very cooperative and provides full support. The newly renovated suite rooms are great with nice AC temperatures. Worth mentioning that I extended my stay from 1 night to 3 nights due to newly renovated rooms views and the outstanding cooperation received from Mr Zhanpolat.

Cons:

Should have at least some additional facilities such as pool, sauna, Jacuzzi or Spa which is missing at the Hotel.

Ничего, только местоположение.

Cons:

Очень маленький номер, почти крошечный за такую цену 230 000. Воду и полотенца не меняли, было жарко, вентиляции в туалете нет. Ночью когда свет включаешь, он падает на человека на кровати, так как большое окно из туалета на всю стену. Завтрак абсолютно холодный был все 3 дня, мяса нет вообще никакого. Никакого сервиса дополнительного, бар пустой. Ощущение от гостиницы как от хостела.

Понравилось только расположение отеля.

Cons:

Полное не соответствие номера по фото на booking.com и то что получили в итоге! Номера старые будто заехали в придорожный мотель. После жалобы на стойке ресепшена, пообещали заменить номер, но в итоге забыли про нас. Мы не стали пробовать второй раз и просто съехали с этого отеля. Так же свой колорит вносит то что много гостей из Индии, по ощущению половина отеля, со всеми вытекающими… Очень жаль, что когда-то имеющий историю отель упал так в сервисе.
