Было лучше
Pros:

Очень удобная кровать, отличный завтрак, идеальное местоположение. Мягкий ковер и достаточно полотенец. Шторы blackout. Можно оставить чемоданы после выселения, если еще есть время до отъезда.

Cons:

В ночь с субботы на воскресенье заведение Эдем под окном не давало спать. В 1 час ночи орала музыка, пришлось засыпать с берушами. Нам повезло, что они у нас вообще были! Это неприемлемо.
Горячую воду в душе нужно ждать очень долго. С дороги пришлось мыться ледяной водой, это в отеле 4 звезды то.
Номер очень маленький. Сотрудники говорили, что они все примерно одинаковые, но мы останавливались не первый раз - точно есть просторнее)
Пол в ванной очень холодный, напольное полотенце не сохнет вообще.
В прошлый раз очень понравилось завтракать на террасе. В этот раз сотрудники игнорировали уборку столов этой зоны и за три завтрака нам не удалось туда попасть. Один раз поставили тарелки и попросили сотрудника убрать со стола грязные тарелки предшественников и мусор, а наши оставить. Сотрудник убрал наши тарелки, а старые и мусор оставил =/
Плюс цена за ночь очень сильно выросла за два года, поэтому теперь с таким количеством минусов возвращаться уже и не хочется.

Благодарю ребят с ресепшена, в лице руководителя Фармана. Всегда вежливы и готовы помочь в любых вопросах
Pros:

Всегда останавливаемся в Казахстане. Отличная локация, много кафе и ресторанов рядом.

Cons:

Отель частично после ремонта, жаль что поменяли люстру в фойе, можно было бы оставить как историю этого здания.
Салон красоты который был на первом этаже, можно было оставить. Было очень удобно там. Всегда пользовались услугами девочек

A wonderful stay with great breakfast, friendly staff and a convenient location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Kazakhstan Hotel. Everything was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. There were three of us, and we all had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. We were very happy with our stay.

Очень хотели провести комфортный отдых и выбрали люкс за 40 000 ₽ за ночь, однако реальность разочаровала. Номер заметно изношен: ковёр с прожжёнными дырами, в ванной отваливаются плинтуса, двери плохо закрываются и выглядят ненадёжно. После уборки номера пакетики чая не пополнили, что крайне возмутительно.
В субботу а отеле работает ночной клуб The HOTEL: музыка была настолько громкой, что на 25‑м этаже при закрытых окнах слышно, как будто она играет в соседней комнате, — спать было невозможно. За такие деньги ожидания значительно выше. К сожалению, не могу рекомендовать данный отель.

عدم توفر التكيف في الغرفة الثانية وفقط يوجد في الممر، حيث او نظام الفندق في كل شقة يوجد تكيف 2: واحد في الغرفة وواحد في الممر ، لايوجد ولا بوكس كلينكس في الغرف ، باب الحمام لا يغلق جيداً.. الفطور الحليب الحار ينتهي فوراً ولا يتم اعادة توفيره.. المخبوزات جميعها يابسة وغير هشة، المكواه توضع في الممر بحيث جميع الغرف تستخدمها

Pros:

The breakfast Buffet, the building itself

Cons:

I stayed there years ago, when the breakfast Buffet was still on the top floor where you had a view around the whole City and the mountains. Now the breakfast is on the 2nd Floor. The biggest Problem is that now on the top Fluor there is a bar/restaurant which only opens at late afternoon and reqiures a dresscode and appearently has a minimum consumption of 42$. Which is crazy when you think of what the prices for the night are.
Our room was nothing special. Nice view (13th floor) but for example the bathroom door did not open fully as it was blocked by the toilet. Nothing huge, but give me something for my money.
Also renovation is still in progress. No big impact on my Stay but also no Information beforehand.
In my opinion they made a mid overpriced hotel out of something unique and special.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat sich im letzten Jahr verbessert. Das Frühstück war sehr angenehm und hat eine gute Auswahl. Alles verlief relativ gut und das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider war es durch eine Hochzeit im Grand Saal sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht ( inklusive Feuerwerk um 3 Uhr neben unserem Fenster)
Unser Zimmer hat leider täglich nach dem Abfluss der Kanalisation gestunken. Dies war ein bisschen unangenehm

Bien ubicado pero no tiene nada el hotel

Estaba bien ubicado

Cons:

El hotel no tiene instalaciones, no tiene gimnasio, no tiene piscina, gimnasio, sauna ni turco. La piscina que sale en la página del hotel la administra un tercero y no está incluida
