Pros:

夜のアルマアタタワーが綺麗に見える部屋だったので、ルームサービスのお酒を頼んで窓辺で飲みました。近くでフェスが開催されており、窓を開けて歌を聴くのが楽しかったです。

Cons:

上層階の景色を見てみたかったのですが、高層階にはパブリックスペースがレストランしか無く、そこに入るには30000テンゲのチャージが必要だったので、あきらめました。

Pros:

酒店位置很好，就在阿拜广场边上，步行几分钟就可以坐缆车上kob山。附近很多特色店和小资的咖啡馆。

Cons:

房间很小，卫生间更是小的可怜，尤其我的房间，坐在马桶上腿都无法放正，简直匪夷所思，差点以为自己在日本的旅馆。卫生间还有很浓的下水道异味。然后酒店的服务很不专业，首先感受不到五星酒店的热情，一个个都很麻木和冷淡，其次我们在餐厅用餐，一行6人，先是桌上餐具一直不齐，呼唤服务员也一直没人搭理。搞笑的是那天不知道是个网红来拍视频还是酒店自己拍广告。从经理到服务员都在围着那桌转，简直太讽刺了。给我的感觉俄语区的服务水准都不咋地，甚至怀疑是歧视中国人了。

Pros:

Well located and landmark architecture ; renovated rooms. Breakfast is fine.

Cons:

Very poor service for a 4 star hotel at this price. Reception was not able to provide with small change to pay a taxi, nor give an envelop... Large group of tourists mostly.

Angenehmes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Zimmer waren modern und gut ausgestattet und auch die Lobby war sehr ansprechend. Super Aussicht auf die Berge und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Für den Morgen unserer Abreise wurde uns ein Lunchpaket zugesagt. Das war am Morgen nicht da und man sagte uns es geht nicht. Wenn man etwas zusagt sollte man es auch einhalten oder eben nicht zusagen.

Pros:

Super Lage, gutes Frühstück, gutes Internet

Cons:

Gerade zu winzige Zimmer für über 100 $ extrem überteuert, Room Service musste angemahnt werden, Klodeckel war schief in der Fassung, Sonderwünsche werden nicht erfüllt
