Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo resi conto che le stanze erano accessibili solo attraverso una scala alta e piuttosto ripida.
abbiamo fatto presente che per problemi di deambulazione non eravamo in grado di affrontare la salita e abbiamo chiesto una soluzione al pianoterra, ma ci è stato detto che le tre stanze erano occupate. Faccio presente che sul sito era scritto che era accessibile a persone con disabilità!

Pros:

Excellent hotel. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The location was superb with restaurants closeby and a supermarket across the road. The San Telmo markets are 10 minutes walk as is the bus stop for the yellow hop-on, hop-off bus. Highly recommend.
