A comfortable and welcoming stay with spacious rooms, great facilities, and attentive staff who went
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find with parking right outside, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Our room was very spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding scenery. Breakfast on the second day was excellent — plenty of options and a reserved table was a thoughtful touch. The outdoor heated pool was a great facility too, and when it snowed the staff were really helpful in assisting us to clear the car. The town of Ortisei is only around an eight-minute drive away and has plenty of amenities including restaurants — though you would really benefit from having a car to get around easily.

Cons:

The only thing worth mentioning was that despite having a double bed, we were given two separate single duvets, which felt a little unusual. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, but it would have been nicer to have a proper double duvet.

This is a fabulous location. It's not in Ortisei, but it overlooks the town and up the valley to the peaks of the Dolomites. The facilities are excellent, and the room size was unexpectedly generous. While this hotel is not located in Ortisei, it's only a 10-minute bus ride into the centre of town, and the buses run every 30 minutes.
